Experienced and knowledgeable driver
Unfortunately the weather was awful, we experienced a lot of rain, and see very little amounts of animals. The safari driver was very experienced and knowledgeable.
I would suggest visiting another national parks instead.
Marketing team is annoying and harassing for reviews. Wouldn’t let go.
It was okay but could be a ton better.
I do recommend this tour of Soweto but be careful, they will try to pull at your heart strings and bring you to the slum area at the beginning to meet pre school kids in their “kindergarten “ building so that you will donate to the facility. Be prepared to have to give tips to different people too on this trip. The Nelson Mandela and Hector Pieterson memorial were the ones I wanted to see but the latter was rushed.
A bit over-promised
All in all it was ok. The bus from Joburg to Hoedspruit was small, packed and warm. It had a flat tire when we left.
The 3 hour sunset tour felt a bit stingy as we were the only vehicle that looked worn out and we didn’t have any wine or beer during the snack moment. Only soft drinks and water. The other cars were very well taken care of with nice glasses etc.
The tour guides were amazing though.

Everything except the food and the service in the hotel restaurant was gigantic
Everything except the food and the service in the hotel restaurant was gigantic. The guides from the safari tours and the panorama route were super nice and we saw 4 of the big five. Also the hotel was very comfortable and the staff at the reception very accommodating. Unfortunately, however, the dinner was not completely included as stated in the description, but only up to a certain amount. The food was not very tasty and often not warm. In addition, the buffet was not replenished both in the evening and in the morning, even if the buffet was still open for more than 2 hours (an example was the fruit plate, which was already empty at 8 o'clock and was not replenished, although there is breakfast until 10 o'clock in the morning.) In addition, the staff in the hotel restaurant was very rude and did not give good service.

It is the budget safari you are looking for.
Communication was fluent with the operator. They write to you via WhatsApp as soon as you book and they set up the pick-ups with you.
Accommodation is what the pictures show you.
Food is their weakest point, below expectations. They can improve the food.
From the offer they have, they did not fulfil to light a fire even when we asked to.
Great, one of the staff is cool. Overall, friendly staff.
They seem to appreciate the tips a lot because they start talking about them since the very beginning.
If you book more than one tour through them. They will give you a cool discount.
