Safari365 arranged our tour based exactly on what I asked for and did it within our budget.
We went to Chobe Chilwero and Chiefs Camp based on our experience there 23 years ago. Chobe Chilwero was almost exactly as I remember it with a few minor updates. I would still highly recommend it.
Chiefs Camp has been greatly upgraded and I'm not sure it was all necessary. The room is huge and I missed the luxury tents that they used to have. They are planning another upgrade in a couple of years so who knows what they will do next. We also thought there were fewer herds of animals than our first visit. I don't know if that is due to flooding in the area or if there are just fewer animals. We did see a couple of lion prides and a couple of leopards, which is a huge plus. I'm not sure that I would recommend this camp due to the cost.
The staff and guides at both camps were excellent. Safari365 put together our itinerary quickly and within our budget. We didn't have any glitches in our travels. Safaris are magical. We had a lovely time.
Amazing service and holiday
My wife and I have just come back from a safari in Botswana, followed by a stay in Victoria Falls. It was an amazing time and far exceeded our expectations. It was the holiday of a lifetime. The recommendations and itinerary were put together by Clive Murray of Safari 365. He could not have done more for myself and my wife. His knowledge and expertise re the area was invaluable. He helped us every step of the way and made the whole experience for us fabulous. We would thoroughly recommend anyone to use him and Safari 365. We have memories which will last a lifetime. The tour operator provided seamless service that provided all that we were expecting an more.
What are amazing experience. From the very beginning we were looked after, from the initial booking, there was good communication on what how the trip would happen, with regular follow-ups. When we landed at Hoedspruit Airport, until we left, we were pampered. The service and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The safaris were amazing, being able to see all these animals in the own environment. We will promote Safari365 to our friends.

Great advice and followed everything up.
We booked with Safari365 after speaking with Clive one of the consultants, we had looked at different companies but after speaking with Clive we are very glad we decided to go with them.
We wanted to travel to the Okavango Delta and they suggested 2 lodges in different areas, their suggestions were perfect for us. We dealt with Clive and Trevor who were very helpful with advice and organized everything perfectly, the transfers from remote airstrips all were done without a hitch.
They also organized tours for us in Cape Town and Johannesburg at the start and end of our trip which were great.

Excellent organization and hospitality. All went as smoothly has you could hope.
Safari365 did a great job - perfect organization (nothing went wrong) and great hospitality. All the guides were friendly and expert, transport went smoothly, and the lodges were excellent. We got to see all the animals and landscapes we wanted both on safari drives, by walking and on the water. Only small downside was the cold at night and on the open vehicles in the early morning. Especially at Nokanyana where the tent/lodge is open to the cold night air. Bring warm clothes!

Southern Africa - three countries
We came across Safari365 on the internet, and from the very beginning of our trip planning, Frederick and the team were tremendous - returning calls/emails quickly and suggesting places and activities for our safari.
We started in Cape Town (as a base to start from), then toured Namibia (that was stunning), Botswana (impressive) and Victoria Falls (a real highlight).
Our accommodation was top quality and all transfer connections, and private drivers, were on time and were all very knowledgeable and professional. Our whole safari never missed a beat.
At one stage I had to phone the Safari365 24 hour emergency number, because I had misread an instruction, and the staff were there to help me out of a potential missed flight.
We highly recommend Safari365.
