Incredible experience
I would like give them a 5 in the rating but there was a few things that may be better. I start to thank Robert from Karibu that helped us the first night staying at his home and breakfast only 4 hours between the arriving and the start of the journey. We had a guide Maxwell. He was great and wanted us to see everything and very close to the animals. He drove us in the safe way people drive in Kenya. He explained us which animals we had in front and stopped every time we asked him. With patience we could see a lot of animals and in the first row of the show!!! During the journey our schedule was changed and we pointed out that it was not really what we had in the beginning. They tried to give us the best service however it was too much trip for us getting back from the border to Naivasha and back to the border. I do appreciate their help but if you go through the planning again with the company is the best advice I can give, checking the hotels that were agreed on the beginning and if there is any chance let you know. I do recommend Karibu and Maxwell. They can make your trip interesting in a beautiful country as Kenya.

Really enjoyable
We were well looked after and I didn't have to pay a single supplement which was a big plus. It was a little disappointing to not be forewarned about the vastly reduced flamingo numbers at Lake Nakuru.

Overall it was good but could have been better.
The service was good, communications excellent, accommodating our place to meet was very good. The tour of the refuge itself was very good, Raymond knows the refuge very well and got us some excellent wildlife photo shots.
Two negatives that all our team agreed on: 1. Raymond drives a bit too fast. I know the roads are rough, but in some places a bit of caution would be prudent. 2. We were the only visitors in the camp, it was a bit unnerving for the ladies in our group. I would request if we come back again, not to be housed as the only visitors in the camp. Not sure what the reason was, I asked a couple of times why, but was never given a satisfactory answer.

Safari was great. Food was very bad at Masai Mara and on road.
James was an excellent guide and driver and took us to the deep interiors of Masai Mara to ensure that we could see all the Big 5. Lake nakaru was a bit disappointing as the hoards of Flamingos expected were not there and we should have been informed earlier. Gorge walk and water safari in Lake Naivasha were interesting.
However the food at Masaia Mara especially the dinner was really of very poor quality. At Nakaru and Naivasha it was better.
All in al a memorable experience but do something about Board arrangements.

Met my holiday expectations
We had a long communication before I settled on the offers and after my 6 days trip in Kenya Maasai mara , Lake Nakuru and Amboseli with onward Kilimanjaro trek my expectations were all met.
The service was well organised.

Bad start but good end
The first thing is that the driver was excellent and very experienced. Aron is best at taking positions abd chasing animals in Safari game driving. The other thing was that the tent camp was much safer and in good conditions than we thought. Meal was good and internet was ok. Also it is really great to experience such nature.
Apart from this, I must say we experienced a really bad thing. Their email was hacked and we had stress over days even before our journey starts. But they funded our trip because our money was stolen.
Second bad thing was because this is a budget tour, you should think you already accept risking things. So beware that you may come across with hard to deal with kind of things.
The operaters knew how to deal with things. We were 5 people from age of 28 to 60s and none of us found it too hard. I wish you all good luck for the big fiv

A truly authentic Kenyan experience with a friendly knowledgeable tour guide
It was a lot of driving more than expected. I was a little unaware of the itenerary. I don't think you should go to lake nakuru anymore because many tourists, including myself, expect to see many flamingos. At least tell the guests before they go they won't see that. The food is also not meant for American digestive system maybe take alternatives or medicine
A wonderfull 5-day Safari to three different places seeing plenty of animals at close range.
We were very satisfied with our 5-day Safari. Massai Mara was definitely the highlight. The Nakuru park was a worthwhile addition as well as the Hell's Gate Gorge in Naivasha. The 45 minutes boat trip on lake Naivasha however was not worth the additional costs of 20 USD per person.
Accommodation and food was fine. Our guide was very knowledgeable on wildlife , culture, an excellent driver and a very pleasant person.

VERY good value for money with dedicated staff
we had a four day safari to the Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru.
In particularly the Maasai Mara was most impressive - and our guide, Joshua, was super!
He stayed in constant communication with other guides and ensured we got the most of the game drives.
Options were a boat trip on Lake Naivasha and a visit to a genuine Maasai village - we did both and it truly enriched our experience!
The accommodation at Maasai Mara was good, whereas the hotel in Nakuru was very basic.
The package included food, which was ample and we enjoyed the local flavors very much!
overall a tour operator definitely to be recommend!
When back in Kenia we will use them again.
