是值得信赖的一家safari地接. We did a 14-day safari with Mama Savana that covered both Kenya and Tanzania. We had 4 guides in total, they were all super nice. 2 guides really stood out. Erick, he's young, funny and fun, we spent the most days with him in Tanzania, there was never a dull moment with him, and we saw lots of animals because he was able to locate the animals fast. And Amani in Kenya, he's very professional, very knowledgeable of the animals. He loves to share his knowledge of the animals which I loved to hear every time when we spotted a different animal. And he's very punctual and serious with his work so he would organize your daily activities very diligently. I also have to thank the owner Alex's hospitality. When he learned that I was visiting Malindi after the safari, he welcomed me by sending an employee to pick me up at the Malindi airport and drove around the town to show me around and took me for dinner. I really appreciated their hospitality. So ya, you can totally trust Mama Savana with your safari trip. (Just one small complaint, that we didn't like the Safari car in our last few days in Kenya. It's an older model and the condition wasn't great. And it had a smaller windshield in the front so there's no way for us to see any animals sitting at the back, that means, every time if we wanted to see something, we had to stand up to see thru the pop-up, which can be quite inconvenient (especially during bumpy drives). Everything else was great. I had a good time.

good ，but not excellent
when I and my friend in Tanzania,everything is perfect, especially our guide Eric is very friendly and pleasant,but when we on Kenya,the car is not good for safari,I can’t see the view through windscreen,and the car is beat-up.I requested to change the car，but Alex told me there are last 1day，I should be patient，in fact ，we still had 3days.
The driver wasted a lot of time by going around a long way, but in fact, as long as he passed through the Masai Mara Park, he could save a lot of time and enjoy the scenery.

An Unforgettable Tour with Mama Safari Tours
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mama Safari Tours! From start to finish, Alex was incredibly responsive and ensured everything was seamless.
Jay, our guide, was waiting for us at the airport with a sign and proved to be an expert at spotting wildlife. Thanks to him, we saw all the animals we had hoped for—and more!
Accommodations:
Amboseli National Park (Serena Lodge): A stunning lodge with wild monkeys roaming the grounds and exceptionally attentive staff.
Lake Nakuru Lodge: Another breathtaking location, overlooking the lake. Our hut had a view of the grasslands, and we had an incredible close-up sighting of a white rhino!
Figtree Camp (Masai Mara): A five-star experience in a tented camp with hippos nearby—one even gave birth during our stay! While electricity and hot water were limited at certain times, it only added to the authentic safari experience.
Tips for Travelers:
1. If you’re doing the hippo boat tour, shop around—you can find it for $25 per person instead of $50.
2. At Masai Mara, entrance fees were initially quoted at $50 per person, but we negotiated and got in for half the price.
3. On the way back, skip the $10 buffet and ask for the regular menu—you’ll get freshly cooked food with drinks for about half the cost.
This was truly an unforgettable trip to a beautiful country. Jay was an amazing guide and is a real asset to Mama Safari Tours. Highly recommend!

Safe, reliable and trustworthy. Overall, had a wonderful safari experience.
We have just finished our 6 nights / 7-day Tanzanian safari with Mama Savana. Our first point of contact was with Alex, the owner of Mama Savana who was extremely efficient in responding to our initial queries and very accommodating to the changes we wanted. We arrived at JRO Airport and was welcomed by Issa (a young lad with a brilliant smile); our transfer driver who took us straight to Arusha Planet Lodge; a lush green resort. Alex was also there to welcome us, and he briefed us on the safari itinerary, which was extremely thoughtful. From day 2 onwards, we were entrusted with Hassan, who we spent most of the time with visiting Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Hassan is very passionate about his job, having extremely sharp eyes and good communication skills when it comes to spotting wildlife and explaining about them. We saw all the of the big5 including the elusive leopard and the shy Black rhino. He ensured our safety at all times and nowhere was it compromised at all. Overall, I would definitely recommend Mama Savana for their professionalism and service.

Perfect and fully professional organization, definitely to be recommended
Our 5-day tour was very well planned and executed. All the lodges and the tour were in accordance with the offer, and we actually got a complimentary upgrade of one of camps which was a great surprise. Everything was greatly taken care of, from the process of the reservation until the last moment of safari. Alex has been super responsive via whatsapp and we were amazed that during our trip he has been contacting lodges himself to check all the details of our stay, our lunch packages etc. But the greatest part of safari was our guide Ellie who took the best care of us. He was very communicative, spoke perfect English, spotted all the animals instantly, made us feel safe and taken care of. And he also explained to us the complicated life on savanna. It was a great experience the whole safari and we are thankful to Mama Savana to make it so special.

Sensational Serengeti
From the very beginning this was a dream holiday! Alex responded instantly and helped curate an incredible itinerary, with valuable insights into where to stay, budget and what to expect. We chose mid-level price options which included full board and were blown away by just how amazing these were once we hit Tanzanian soil!
Harun our guide was super knowledgeable and hospitable, adding a personal touch to really make it feel like a trip with a friend. There are many safari companies and I’m sure they are all great, but Mama Savana really are well respected and know their business, namely offering a personalised and luxurious experience witnessing the greatest spectacle, the African bush!!
We saw the big 5, countless herds of elephant, prides of lion right up close as well as on the hunt for their prey. Harun guided us and taught us so much we felt connected to each animal. Serengeti and the Crater were highlights and will be memories for life - this was truly an epic holiday and something I will definitely do again one day!!

Fast communication, trustworthy, excellent organization
We spent one week in Northern Tanzania. We covered Tangerine, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti national parks.
We chose this operator based on all the good reviews and we have not been disappointed.
Communication with Alex was excellent, as he replied every time very promptly and he was very honest with all his answers. The package price included everything (except of course personal expenses), no hidden fees whatsoever.
All the lodges included very comfortable and clean. No complaints at all. They were better than expected. The food served was very good and portions big.
As guide, we had Joseph who was extremely passionate about his job. Not only he was an excellent driver but he was also very knowledgeable about all the parks, fauna, and flora. Thanks to his excellent spotting skills we ended up seeing more than we had expected.
We had an amazing time and I can definitely recommend Mama Savana if you plan on doing a safari in Tanzania or Kenya. You can trust this company! They do deserve all the 5-star reviews they have. We plan to go back one day again and we won't hesitate to travel with Mama Savana!

An amazing tour.
We booked a 12 day tour for Kenya and Tanzania thru Perfect Wilderness Safari- Tanzania portion done by Mama Savana. Lodging was all nice with Osinon Camp the best. We saw such an amazing variety of animals. Our driver guide Harun knew the habits of the animals. We saw great interactions among the animals. A great tour.

Best Safari ever! Competent, friendly and flexible operator.
My girlfriend and I booked a 5 Days Safari Tour. All questions we had before booking were quickly answered and a detailed Plan for the 5 Days was sent to us. Also a quick rebooking because of a cancelled flight was no problem. Alex and his whole Team are very kind and made us feel super confortable.
We were picked up by our tourguide Harun and the journey began. We had 5 beautiful and unforgettable days. We visited three different Parks, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorogoro Crater where we saw the whole variaty of wildlife of Tanzania. We let the pictures speak for themselfs. Harun our tourguide was just awesome. He is a really funny guy, kind and he really knew everything there is to know about the culture and the Wildlife of Tanzania. Thanks to him, his skills and a little bit of luck we saw lions eating their prey right next to us two times. A leopard was right next to our car and so much more. We really had a great time with our new rafiki Harun. Also the cultural day, our last day, was really cool. We learned about rice and banana farming, the different tribes and had a really great local lunch.
Also the accomondations were outstanding. The lodges were pure luxury with nice views beautiful rooms and very good food. The tented camp was really clean and confortable with delicious food. You sleep savly right next to wildlife of serengeti. It was a real higlight for us.
Overall the service was incredebly good. We enjoyed every minute.
