Great Safari in Tanzania
We had a 7 day safari covering most of the national parks in Tanzania and it was wonderful ! First of all we were lucky to see all the animals we wanted, including the big five, but the service was excellent. We loved every accommodation weather it was in a tented camp or in a resort like hotel.
The staff at all the camps was fantastic, and our driver & guide Amani was lovely, very good at communicating with the guests but also making you feel safe at all times.
So we would definitely recommend anyone to book a safari with Mama Savana !

An amazing Safari experience - they go the extra mile!
Our experience with Mama Savana was excellent! Alex was very responsive and paid so much attention to all our requests (he was very patient :) and offered us exactly what we needed. He even managed to get us on short-notice a camera lens for rent since I forgot my tele objective at home - which was a tragedy for a photographer doing a Safari! He organised us a last minute transfer as well between Moshi and Arusha. Very well organised, punctual and reliable.
Our guide Godson is outstanding - objectively comparing him with other guides we saw and after talking to other travellers. He was really friendly and built a great connection with us - it was a great intercultural exchange - we had very good talks with him! (He was our patient Swahili & Maasai language teacher). He managed to get us to see the Big 5 (which I understood is not a walk in the park) and witness an impressive hunt of a wildebeest from a lion just in front of our car. He was extremely flexible, caring and accommodating to our requests. He is very knowledgeable in wild-life and spoke besides Swahili, Maasai & English very good Spanish (and French!).
We would definitely recommend Mama Savana - if you want something reliable, profesional & personal at the same time.

An eventful Safari
We enjoyed a wonderful Safari. The extraordinary service started with a small welcome-present at the airport. The service included many on time transports, everything was clearly arranged. If we had a problem, our coordinator helped us to clear and solve it.
We also had a lot of fun with our Safari driver. This guy had bride spread knowledge of wildlife in the natural parks and he told us a lot in well understanding English. It was amazing when he spotted animals when we even didn´t expect, that there could be anything. He really cared that we enjoyed the trip without worrying about any problems and that for he showed a remarkable ability of dealing with unwelcome problems.
Ever of this few unwelcome problems were caused of the safari-car. This was neither the fault of our guide nor of somebody else, but everything could be fixed usually quickly and creatively.
Except of the car everything was satisfactorily and we could enjoy a great time in the natural parks. The company convinced especially with unique care and service. We really can recommend them.

Great safari experience - highly recommended
Overall a 5 star experience from the moment we contacted them initially through arrival and until we departed Tanzania. Everything was planned in detail, and the hotel accommodations were excellent. Alex and Maturaf were both easy to work with and flexible when needed. Our driver, Amani, was an amazing guide! He shared his extensive knowledge of the park and animals with us, was able to spot animals easily and point them out to us, and was open about sharing information more broadly about life in Tanzania and his family. Would highly recommend Amani and Mama Savana for the tour. We did the 5-day tour that goes through Ngorongoro, Serengeti, and Lake Manyara.

Well organized, amazing locations where we slept in a very cleaned and friendly atmosphere, Safari super with lot of animals ( we saw the all big five!), very good driver (professional, with a lot of experience).
Mamasavana is not only a very good organized agency but overall the best compromise you can choice in order to get safety, kindness and always smiling team.

Amaising tour
It was such an experience, i came to Arusha with my sister just to visit we did not have a specific place and we didn't know where to start from but God connected us to mama savana safari and they made our stay in Arusha feel like home and to be honest we left no stone un turned thank you to Alex,Allan yo such loving people and we promise to come back for more because it was fun.Keep it up

More than expected. Great tour better guide.
The tour was amazing but what made It unique was the guide Allen. His experience in founding every animal and his ability to make us feel very confortable all the time were incredible. We Hope to do It again (with him obviously)
