INCREDIBLE!!!
Honestly, the company exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we contacted Kennedy everything was simple. It was hard for us to believe that everything happened so easily, and when we arrived at the Masai Mara we realized that we had chosen well. The tents are practical and comfortable even for traveling in large groups. Our guide, Moses, was amazing, always offering explanations, help, and looking for the best places to take photos. He clearly would choose them again and highly recommend.

He was knowledgeable, accommodating, punctual and engaging and he navigated the safari well.
Our experience was fantastic! Communications flowed perfectly from USA to Kenya and back. We chose Bienvenido for the itinerary and the affordability. We have no regrets whatsoever! Our tour operator navigated the safari with skill and precision. His patience allowed us to come home with the most amazing pictures. I would love to do business with Bienvenido again!

Unforgettable Safari in Kenya - August 2024
I just finished an incredible 5-day safari in Kenya with the company "Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris" and I wanted to leave my review because I had read them all before leaving, so I hope it can be useful to someone!
We spent the two days exploring Lakes Naivasha and Nakuru, and the next three days in the Masai Mara. The places we visited were truly spectacular and worthy of documentaries. Seeing all the "Big Five" was a breathtaking experience, and the Masai Mara gave us landscapes and encounters with wildlife that we will hardly forget. So in general the lakes are beautiful, but the Masai Mara is absolutely not to be missed.
A special praise goes to our driver, who demonstrated extraordinary skill in driving even on bumpy and dangerous roads. He was friendly, kind and always available, happily accommodating our requests to stay longer to observe certain animals. His punctuality and professionalism made the trip even more enjoyable.
However, it is right to highlight some aspects that could be improved. Low-cost safari organizations, and I mean all companies in general from what I perceived, are very disorganized. We often changed groups and found ourselves having to wait for the time to collect participants from different hotels, which caused delays and an increase in the time spent in the car. Also, on the first day we had to use a private car due to the lack of available seats in the compartments, after waiting two hours at the meeting point, creating a bit of confusion at the beginning... Finally, of lesser importance, it should be considered that in group safaris it is possible to come across different types of people and the group dynamics can influence the general atmosphere.
Despite these small inconveniences, I would do the safari again tomorrow without hesitation. It was a unique and fascinating experience, which I highly recommend to anyone who wants to live an unforgettable adventure in Kenya.

Great communications, value for money
Kennedy was super responsive over email while I was looking at booking. Went with Bienvenido purely based on the pre booking communications. The safari was very well organised, you will be in a group with people who have booked via other providers, so many offer the same tour, after speaking to the other group members Bienvenido were slightly cheaper and Kennedy was way more responsive.
Accommodation is budget, but comfortable, clean and has everything you need. If you're lucky enough to get Stanley as a tour guide you'll have an amazing time, he really did make the tour what it was. Friendly, knowledgeable, funny and super amazing, went out of his way to make sure we had the best time, Stan you rock!!
If you have a suitcase/big backpack, you can leave it at the office in Nairobi, and take a smaller bag, you can either collect on the way back via the office or they will meet you near the airport to drop it off.
Well organised, on time for everything and I don't regret picking them for a second, thank you.

Reliable and good tour operator
We took part in a 3-day Masai Mara Safari and a 1-day Amboseli Safari. I am happy to recommend it. Before the program, they answered all my questions by email with a very short deadline. The safari was fantastic, we saw lots of animals. Our guide was kind and always made sure we saw all the animals possible. It was a fantastic experience.

Best family adventure Nairobi - Amboseli - Tsavo East - Diani
My family explored Amboseli and Tsavo East parks with Bienvenido Kenya Tours in October and we had the best time seeing giraffes, elephants, zebras, lions, and even a cheetah. It was 10 us of travelling and we booked 2 safari jeeps for 4 days taking us from Nairobi to Diani with stays at Sopa Lodge and Voi Wildlife Lodge. Our drivers Daniel and Paul were very kind and knowledgable, and took great care of us.

Everything was really good
The tour was well organized and the driver was very good. We saw a lot of animals, including of course the big five.
The accommodation was also good. However, you have to be aware that this is a budget option and you can't expect a 5-star hotel. The only negative thing was the boat tour on Lake Naivasha. This was far too expensive and the guide was very bad.

Great last minute tour.
It was a great last minute tour in the Nairobi National Park. Our tour guide John was incredibly knowledgeable, and we got to see an abundance of what we mostly wanted to see there upclose, rhinos.

We had three different guides, all were great.
The safari was amazing. We saw so much, every animal you could see we saw. The accommodation and food were absolutely fantastic.
In terms of communication, it was quite poor. Day to day on the tour we didn’t have clear instructions of how many hours we would be driving in between destinations and we had one day with no communication in between switching drivers based on how many days our safari was. We were confused and we were dropped off at our hotel around noon with nothing around and nothing to do. The biggest thing I would say is take money out before your tour. Because it’s cash only and the atms in Kenya only dispense 40,000 ksh at a time. It was very frustrating on the morning of the safari with other people on the tour waiting for us to take money out. Also take out extra money for souvenirs and if you want any coffees, water, or alcohol in any accommodation it is extra, and some places only take cash.
The experience other than that was really amazing. A once in a lifetime experience.
