A great way to experience your safari holiday, from preparation until your return home
Our group of 6 friends was very pleased with choosing African Savanna Travel to arrange our safari trip in the Krüger park. Next to arranging an amazing lodge for us which we would have never found ourselves, both our transfers from and to Johannesburg were booked via the agency.
First of all, African Savanna Travel has contacts with a lot of different lodges. This makes it possible for them to really take your wishes and needs into account, such as group size and budget. Our contact person Tanja Joubert proposed different options of which we chose a very nice lodge. Secondly, Tanja arranged our transport from Johannesburg to the Krügerpark and back. She was also very helpful when our transport needed to be changed.
All in all, we would definitely recommend to book your safari through African Savanna Travel!

The two Safari Lodges package was a great finale to our South African experience.
Booking with an overseas Travel Agency causes some concern as to the legitimacy of the operation.

Helpful and professional service received from African Savanna Travel
Tanja from African Savanna Travel organized our Mozambique holiday/Honeymoon trip for December 2016.
Correspondence with Tanja while planning this whole trip was always quick and easy.
She gave us so much additional information which made our trip so much easier. She made sure we understood everything before we left the country.
She went the extra mile to make sure that our trip was amazing. She worked out our whole trip from the moment we left our place till the moment we returned, she worked out our route and suggested some of the nicest places to go and visit. She made sure that every place we visited knew it was our Honeymoon and then the place made and extra effort.
We were very pleased with all the places Tanja suggested for our accommodation, and we received the best service there.
I just want to thank Tanja for all her help in making our December 2016 a memorable one!!

Great service for our group!
After many back and forth email communications to create the ultimate itinerary for our group we were very happy to finally get on our way. Our group of 30 was very pleased with service, accommodations and guide (Machiel) on our 7 day tour of South Africa. Tanja (African Savanna Travel) had everything organized smoothly- hotel check-ins were very smooth with keys already labeled for us on arrival- we rarely took more that 5 minutes to check in the whole group of 30. All of our activities were great and communication between Machiel and our destinations was constant so that we would waste no time on arrival. Machiel was continually in contact with our next stop to let them know our ETA and make changes on the fly. This made everything go very smoothly for us. On top of all the regular tasks, Machiel also assisted one of our group members to make travel plans for a family emergency that arose part way through the trip. Janet was able to rest easy knowing that Machiel was helping her make connections every step of the way - above and beyond. I would certainly use African Savanna Travel again for my touring needs.

Amazing experience
Communication between me and Africa Savanna Travel was good from the beginning. I had no hassles when i needed information. Response was quick and they showed patience with me as I kept changing arrangements. The stay at the lodge was lovely. The service was good. The panorama tour was amazing. Beautiful experience.
