Top of Uganda travel agent
A year and a half ago, I planned a month-long trip with my wife to three African countries, including Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. After searching for travel information on the Internet and contacting many travel agencies, I finally chose to take a ten-day trip to Ngoni Safari Uganda after comparing the itinerary, price and reputation. The itinerary includes Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Murchison Falls National, etc.
Sedrick, the person in charge of Ngoni Safari, responded promptly and gave me a lot of useful accommodation information and itinerary suggestions. They also confirmed the information with me many times before the trip so that I was fully prepared! Although my flight was delayed due to visa issues when I entered Uganda, Sedrick and tour guide Eddy contacted me immediately and provided assistance, including changing itinerary, accommodation, etc. So that our trip will not be delayed. I deeply appreciate Ngoni Safari's adaptability and handling, and provided us with high-quality vehicles and accommodation at an affordable price.
Eddy is a punctual, helpful, polite tour guide and driver with professional knowledge of all wildlife! His driving skills are top notch, fast, safe and comfortable! He speaks multiple languages including English, Russian, Spanish, French and various tribal dialects. He has a deep understanding of the history, national conditions and people of Uganda, and is often willing to share interesting things he knows with you! During the trip, he often took the initiative to assist us in shooting, and we always enjoyed the interaction with Eddy during the trip. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly to us. Due to the unforeseen changes in Gorilla Tracking's itinerary, he had to drive for up to 10 hours to send us back to the hotel in Entebbe before the end of the trip. Eddy made proper arrangements for us. We would like to express our sincere thanks to Eddy for this😘😘😘😘
Although there were some setbacks and unsatisfactory things during our ten-day journey in Uganda, with the assistance and companionship of Sedrick and Eddy, we completed a wonderful and unforgettable travel experience, which made me feel the friendliness and enthusiasm of the Ugandan people. One of our best trip experience
Our safari tour with Ngoni safaris was a dream! We visited three stunning parks during the day and stayed in beautiful and welcoming lodges in the evening. Something to point out is that our guide was so well-informed cautious and professional that our journey was brought to a whole other level by him. Could not recommend this tour enough! Hope to come back one day.

I contacted Ngoni safaris-only 2 weeks before my arrival in Uganda-requesting a customized 3 day safari in Murchison while staying in specific lodges in both Destinations. Sedrick's communication was excellent all the way. He helped me create my dream holiday in this beautiful country and was quick to answer all of my questions in a professional and friendly way.
Sedrick was also my guide and I have to say that he is the best guide I could ever have asked for. Highly knowledgeable, kind, professional, friendly and with a clear love and respect for nature/animals and his job. He truly turned this trip into a once in a lifetime adventure.
I will definitely book with them again, the next time I will get the opportunity to visit Uganda.

Best experience a female solo traveler could ask for from the first inquiry, to the airport drop off
Sedrick was unique and stood out from the rest in the high quality communication he provided since the first inquiry. He called me to provide information about the itinerary and see if I had any questions even before booking the tour. We communicated through WhatsApp for any other questions that came to mind after that call. After picking me up from the airport, he and Pilot (additional tour guide) provided plenty of information about the country to give me some context and we started our long drive to the impenetrable forest. The food was delicious with many options; the accommodation was very clean with exceptional service; and the transportation from Entebbe to Bwindi park was very comfortable (although long). As a solo female traveler, both tour guides (Sedrick and Pilot) did an exceptional job at enduring I accomplished everything intended to in Uganda, and always made me feel safe. I highly recommend to book your safari with this company because the quality and professionalism will not let you down.

Great Safari
Had a great trip to Murchinson falls with Cedrick, Nelson and Joel. They made sure I got to see everything I wanted. In addition to driving, Nelson also told me a lot about the places and the animals.
My trip was spontaneous, I only planned it two days before it started and I traveled alone. Still they managed to do the trip with short notice and for the same price.
Cedrick arranged a hotel in Kampala for the night before the trip for a fair price and even offered to drive me there if necessary.
They also dropped me of in Entebbe after the trip was over.

The best people to show you the Pearl of Africa
I went on an 11 day safari visiting Kampala, Jinja, Lake Mburo NP, Bwindi NP, Queen Elizabeth NP and Kibale NP.
Communications with Ngoni were prompt and easy from the start. As soon as I made my booking, Sedrick contacted me through WhatsApp and guided me through the rest of the process. Leading up to the tour he made sure I was well-prepared to begin. He was always very clear and friendly. Service was exceptional. I had the pleasure of going on this safari with three members of Ngoni's staff - Sedrick, Nelson and Joel. These guys made my comfort their priority from the moment we met. Whether it was checking if I was okay with the accommodations or making sure I always had a bottle of water, I always felt like I was being well taken care of. Nelson is an excellent guide. His knowledge about the flora and fauna of Uganda was extensive, always able to answer any questions I had and was eager to teach - it's obvious that he has a great love for his country and it's environment and is eager to share this love with his clients. My experience with Ngoni and Uganda surpassed all expectations I had. Absolutely amazing, and thanks to the guys at Ngoni it feels like a new home - can't wait to come back and visit. Overall I would not recommend Ngoni Safaris company for a trip around Uganda
Good
1. We had a nice 10 day tour around the beautiful country, visited multiple national parks, gorilla and chimpanzee tracked, and had nice accommodations, plenty of water, hot meals, and our guide Eli cared about us having a great time, despite the shortcomings of Ngoni Safaris Company
2. When our bags were delayed by a day, Sedrick/Ngoni arranged for it to be picked up from the airport and delivered 6+ hours to our lodge (for a fee), but I was grateful they quickly helped us during a very frustrating start of the trip (fyi baggage is frequently delayed at Entebbe airport so pack accordingly)

VEHICLE QUALITY:
1. They speak about their great land cruisers but it was of very poor quality
2. Bad suspension, extremely loud, constantly shaking during the entire ride, seatbelts were broken, and handles were missing, I’ve been on multiple safaris across Africa and never had this experience
3. It also was unsafe and broke down multiple times, the engine would cut off randomly, and it would refuse to start. Which is extremely dangerous when you are driving around mountains, in rain, and in vast emptiness
4. This was a major problem on multiple occasions as we had to be manually pushed for the car to start, we got stuck in a national park which is terrifying with large wild animals roaming around, and we broke down and had to visit mechanics multiple times during the trip, the guide was very frustrated with this situation and I blame Ngoni Safaris Company
COMMUNICATION:
1. During the months leading up to the trip, we received no assurances about reservations; money received etc, and the company was silent for weeks on multiple occasions, this is tourism 101 and they failed, it really makes you question the quality of the company before you start
2. I had to request a packing list, and even then it was missing key items, so thankfully I did my own research or I would have been in a bad position
3. No communication the day or week before arrival to set expectations (e.g., name of guide, where to meet), even upon arrival it took an hour for the company to respond to my text asking what to do, that is unacceptable
4. However, when it came to them pressuring me to choose the company and requesting payment they were quick to send multiple nagging emails which is unprofessional and shows what they care about the most
OTHER ISSUES:
1. Our guide did not have our proper itinerary and multiple times on the trip I had to correct him and make sure excursions I paid for were included. Even upon arriving we had scheduled a Mabamba swamp tour and our guide thought we were driving directly to the rhino sanctuary. Thankfully he was accommodating and we did not miss an experience but it’s frustrating to have to keep correcting the guide
2. We told Ngoni Safaris we were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary, and they agreed to provide wine, cake, and special accommodations for one night which was a great gesture but when it came to execution it was not coordinated ahead of time and I had to remind Sedrick of this before the last day and they threw something together, but I could tell it was not communicated to the lodge ahead of time. Even our guide had no idea we were celebrating such an occasion which is a huge miss
3. A couple of the lodges had some rooms with air conditioning that were nominally more expensive, I was aware and requested to be placed in those rooms, but without my research we would have had no idea. These are little things that Ngoni should ask the clients about, so we can make informed decisions
Overall I could feel that this company is not of a high standard and they should really improve how they operate in order to be at a 5 star level

It is particularly disappointing to hear that your 10th wedding anniversary celebration was not properly coordinated—this was a special occasion that should have been handled seamlessly, and we regret that it required repeated follow-up from you. Please know that we are reviewing our internal processes to ensure that all guest communications, special requests, and itinerary details are managed with the attention they deserve.
Your feedback about the packing list, room options, and itinerary coordination with your guide are also valuable insights. We should have been more proactive in providing information and ensuring that every detail was clearly communicated to both you and your team. This is not the level of service we aim to deliver, and we are committed to making the necessary changes to prevent this from happening again.
While this experience does not reflect the high standards we typically uphold, we are grateful for your honesty. It has prompted us to take a hard look at areas where we can improve.

It was a perfect blend of fun, friendship and professionalism. It was absolute thrill.
