The best people to show you the Pearl of Africa
I went on an 11 day safari visiting Kampala, Jinja, Lake Mburo NP, Bwindi NP, Queen Elizabeth NP and Kibale NP.
Communications with Ngoni were prompt and easy from the start. As soon as I made my booking, Sedrick contacted me through WhatsApp and guided me through the rest of the process. Leading up to the tour he made sure I was well-prepared to begin. He was always very clear and friendly. Service was exceptional. I had the pleasure of going on this safari with three members of Ngoni's staff - Sedrick, Nelson and Joel. These guys made my comfort their priority from the moment we met. Whether it was checking if I was okay with the accommodations or making sure I always had a bottle of water, I always felt like I was being well taken care of. Nelson is an excellent guide. His knowledge about the flora and fauna of Uganda was extensive, always able to answer any questions I had and was eager to teach - it's obvious that he has a great love for his country and it's environment and is eager to share this love with his clients. My experience with Ngoni and Uganda surpassed all expectations I had. Absolutely amazing, and thanks to the guys at Ngoni it feels like a new home - can't wait to come back and visit. Excellent safari with so much more than just a ride through the park
We were a group of 5 people and all of us enjoyed the tour so much. It was the combination of detailed information about the country, the people, the park, the animal and the kindness of the 2 guides. We always felt save while driving, were all treated so nice and enjoyed every moment of the tour. Everything was organized so perfect that you never had to think about food, wate or required stops.
Gerard and Sedrik know where to find the best spots to see all animals you could dream of and I am still amazed about the pictures I was able to take during our tour. Once there was a massive rain and we had to drive up a really muddy track uphill, with all the rain coming down this track like a river. I am an experienced driver and I was sure there is no way to get up this track with such a Minivan, but Gerard managed to maneuver his car even through this challenge - amazing!
I can only highly recommend NGONI - what a great time we had!

Wonderful Experience
Ngoni Safaris was cost-effective, flexible and easy to speak with. There were numerous difficulties that we presented them: 1. Staying on the south side and having to cross into the park for every game drive. 2. Very last minute booking. 3. A birthday present that included a stay at Masindi Hotel which was out of the normal itinerary.
Yet they made it work, and the tour guide was friendly and always looking out for our needs. He was especially determined to find a lion for us on the game drive, and did not mind going back and forth on a precarious bridge while he waited for us to take a water taxi.
All in all, it was a good experience, and I would certainly recommend Ngoni Safaris again.

Amazing trip.
Booking the trip was made easy by a helpful, honest and caring company. Ngoni safaris director sedrick tailored our tour according to our time frame and preferences. Nothing was a problem. Our guide was 100% professional and accommodating. At all times he made us feel safe and comfortable. His knowledge and insight into his country, the wildlife and social factors made our experience far richer than we expected.

Once in a lifetime trip
From start to finish our experience with Ngoni Safaris was seamless. Every detail was taken care of, and we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Ben and Sedrick were wonderful hosts and tour guides, both hugely knowledgeable about their country. It truly was a once in a lifetime experience meeting the gorillas in Bwindi, along with four babies, and we had an exhilarating ride down the Nile on a white water raft !! Thank you so much Ngoni !!

From beginning to end, AWESOME.
5 coworkers embarked on a safari in Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda.
Communication was great with Sedrick from the very beginning. Sedrick was very responsive and provided clear information. The safari was AMAZING. Guide Gerard (hope I spelled correctly) was super knowledgeable about wildlife and the national parks in general. He sparked additional interest to see other national parks, besides Murchison Falls. The guide was also a great driver. Note that you are mostly riding on dirt roads, and rain can make the roads muddy and hard to handle. Gerard was a real pro behind the wheel... and we had a few really good laughs at how he handled some challenging roads.
I personally didn't expect to see so much wildlife, and so close to the roads. The guide also knew where to look, to spot every possible animal. We drove past a lion resting after a huge meal of a waterbuck, of which carcass we spotted behind a bush. An elephant charged at our van (because we were most likely a little too loud when stopped close to it). We also went to the Murchison Falls, and were blown away at the power of the falling water, of the river Nile. In addition, we went to a rhino sanctuary, and walked really close to white rhinos.
After 3 days, we were overdosed by the beauty of Murchison Falls National Park.

Memorable experience with Ngoni Safaris
I had a wonderful time in Uganda with Sedrick from Ngoni Safaris. As a young solo female traveler, one of my biggest priority is safety and Sedrick earned my trust even before I had booked and I am glad to say that I started the tour as a tourist and ended as a good friend! Although my trip was cut short due to messy flight SOPs related to COVID that had a huge impact on my itinerary, Sedrick still managed to include all the highlights that he possibly could and made sure I ENJOYED Uganda. There wasn't a single time that I felt uncomfortable or out of place. Sedrick and one of his assistant guide Newton were not only great care-takers but also a fantastic company and friends to be with! I had a great time with them and will book with Ngoni anytime I am visiting Uganda. I recommend them 100%!
