Reliable and a good tour and good price!
We had initially booked for Christmas but had to delay due to Omicron. However, the Promised Lands were great about it and we eventually did the tour in June.
It was great and we really enjoyed it!

Everything perfect except the last hotel in Arusha, which was poor
We made a 4 days/ 3 nights safari. Everything was well planned the guide was 5 star ( I recommend strongly- Salim). The only exception was the last hotel in Arusha (A1 Hotel). The managing and conditions very poor (no hot water and cold water only a few drops), the cook was nice and very professional. I believe that promise land will change this last hotel to keep high standards.

The best vacation of our lives
The safari was the best experience in our life. The accommodations were excellent and with the best sanitary measures against Covid19. The parks were completely empty of tourism and therefore we can consider that we had a completely exclusive safari for ourselves. The land cruiser was completely new and the guide was waiting to show us everything that we told him. Given the Covid 19 situation we can say that it was completely safe and I recommend that you do not stop making the trip because you will be safer than even in your countries of origin. Accommodations within the Serengeti are spectacular in every way. Thank you very much for the great experience and we hope to return soon.

Helpful guide in spotting animals, but lacking English skills
Our guide was nice, helpful, and helped us spot animals in Serengeti where he was very helpful talking to the drivers of other vehicles in Swahili. He was however advertised as fluent in English, but turned out to have very limited skills. This meant that he was not able to give much flavor to the animals and experiences we were seeing which we missed.
