Professional and friendly!
We enjoy ourselves! The tents were new en everything was clean. The facilities were good. The food was also great. We had enough time for the safari’s and time to relax.

Great experience
Norman was willing to answer all my questions from the very beginning.
My husband and I had been planning this trip for two months, and every question we had, Norman was always happy to answer.
However, our guide was Lucky, who provided excellent service and was always attentive to our needs.
Without a doubt, an unforgettable experience that we hope to repeat as soon as it possible. 100000% recommended.

Exceptional experience!
From start to finish this two day tour was faultless. I had an excellent and seamless booking experience with Norman after finding the tour on Safaribookings.com. Communication was great and Norman was very flexible and responsive in helping to adjust the tour slightly to accommodate our travel plans.
When we arrived Khongi was waiting for us at the airport and we had a wonderfully comfortable transfer to the Kingdom Resort by Pilanesberg, which is a lovely resort with excellent staff and a friendly atmosphere. The room was perfect for the stay, very clean and well laid out. Food was tasty!
The safari tour was superb! We saw almost everything we'd wanted to, leopards, elephants, rhinos, giraffes, wildebeest, zebra, hippos, loads of different antelope. Unfortunately didn't catch the lions but we hear that was unusual, cannot complain though! Pilanesberg is a beautiful park and our tour guides were outstanding, so we would ABSOLUTELY return back in future. Khongi, who then took us back to Johannesburg, was also fantastic and helpful and made the experience all the better.
All in all, an exceptional experience and unbelievable value for the price! Thank you Nhlalala!

A very good and caring tour operator that we can recommend to anyone.
We were travelling as a family of four, two adults and two children aged 7 and 5. Our tour operator Nhlalala was easy to reach and flexible in organising the trip. We had wonderful Safari experiences and also loved our hotel and the people we met, like our driver.
We definitely recommend Nhlalala to plan a Kruger Safari trip.

Nhlalala travel are organized and provided a great end-to-end service.
Nhlalala provided us with a good value for money in our trip to Kruger National Park. They organized our pickup from the hotel, our stay at the hotel, our game drives at the park, and the transport to the airport. They were flexible and professional and enabled us to have a really good time at the park. Our guide Khongi was very pleasant and helpful throughout our trip.

Supportive, Efficient, Communicative, Informative - everything you need from a tour operator!
Norman and the team at Nhlalala Travel were great, the booking process was simple, payment portal straightforward and I received all the information needed prior to our departure. The drivers arrived earlier than required, they were charismatic and informative with our guests, we travelled safely (despite trying to spot the road for the pot holes) and on the way back stopped at a lovely little market. I would absolutely recommend Nhlalala Travel to anyone looking for a tour operator.

Memories for life
Our experience was brilliant from beginning to end. Each day was very well organised and we managed to fit a lot of incredible things in - elephants! rhinos! beautiful scenery! traditional dance! - all this and more with a good amount of rest stops and down time.
The accommodation was wonderful. One of the lodges had a pool overlooking a river where you can watch hippos and crocodiles, maybe even an elephant if you're lucky!
Our guide Khongi was a pleasure to be around, we chatted about our different cultures and learned a lot from each other. He was friendly and helpful at every turn.
I would highly recommend Nhlalala tours to anyone. Memories for life!
