Our guide luke, who is a perfect guide, he is nice, helpful, patient and funny. He can cater for all our needs during our trip. He try his best to satisfy our wants, no matter climbing the dune, photography or authentic food. Luke really show his perspective of namibia , and we are so glad to see it. And thank you for your arrangement for my gf’s birthday dinner, it is excellent, i highly recommend People Tours And Safari as your option.
Professional, Organized and Fun!
From start to finish, People Tours and Safari went above and beyond to ensure that our trip went smoothly and was the experience of a lifetime!
Emilia was friendly, professional, and catered the itinerary to our liking, and was responsive and easy to communicate with. She even helped coordinate a last minute change to our itinerary, which was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. Similarly, our tour guide, Luke, was amazing from pickup to drop off and throughout the course of our 10 days together. He was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to any requests we had along the way. He made our trip truly enjoyable and we are so glad to have had the chance to explore Namibia with him! Overall, we highly recommend People Tours and Safari for your trip to Namibia and beyond!!

Best tour operator in Namibia!
People Tours had several advantages:
1. The best thing about them is their guide Luke. He is very very well informed, a nice human being and also good for a well rounded chat while you are on the road. He is very very passionate about Namibia and goes beyond extra to ensure you will have a great trip. I think my #1 reco to visit Namibia is to do it with Luke.
2. Aina was the one helping plan the itinerary. She is very responsive and was quickly available on WhatsApp to help plan the trip.
3. A plus is People tours also own the baggage delivery service for airlines. Our bags were delayed by over 24 hours. But we didn’t even check on the baggage as the entire thing was well managed by People Tours. Highly recommend them

Everything was perfectly organized!
My recent safari trip in Namibia was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to our incredible tour guide, Luke. From the moment we arrived, Luke's enthusiasm and deep knowledge of the region set the tone for an unforgettable adventure.
Luke's expertise truly shone throughout the trip. His keen eye for spotting wildlife and his extensive knowledge about the animals and their behaviors made each game drive fascinating. We saw lions, elephants, and even a rare sighting of a black rhino!
Luke also arranged a visit to a local Himba village, where we had the opportunity to learn about the traditional lifestyle and customs of the Himba people. His respectful and insightful approach made this cultural experience deeply enriching.
Our journey included a visit to the breathtaking Spitzkoppe, where we marveled at the stunning rock formations. We also had the exhilarating experience of climbing to the top of the Big Daddy dune, one of the tallest sand dunes in the world, offering spectacular views of the surrounding desert.
Additionally, we had a stunning desert experience with the skilled offroad driver, Froggy. His expertise in navigating the challenging terrain added an extra layer of excitement to our adventure.
Luke's passion for Namibia and his exceptional guiding skills made this safari an unforgettable experience. His ability to connect with each member of our group and tailor the experience to our interests was truly remarkable. I highly recommend a safari with Luke for anyone looking to explore the beauty and wonder of Namibia.

If you’re hesitant, just email or call them. They are 100% legit, and the tour is beyond expectation
I found them in a Google search. They didn’t have a lot of reviews and information. As they gave me and my girlfriend an excellent time in Namibia, where we (from Hong Kong) spent 5 days there and had a customized tour (Average 6 hours of driving per day), I would like to assure you that their service is exceptional and they just nailed everything.
Their before-the-trip service and planning were much better than I expected. The communication was transparent and straightforward, their proposal and quote for the private tour are the best compared with other service providers. They are responsive to changes and accommodate our needs.
Luke our guide is very helpful and with good vibes. He took us to additional sites which we didn’t request, and we had a good time watching sunsets and other animals. He speaks perfect English and there’s no problem with communication. One thing that we really appreciate is he has done a fantastic job of understanding our exexpectation. We would like to visit a local market in Windhoek last minute, and he delivered that. It shows his professionalism and the agency’s quality. Not to mention the quote from them is quite competitive.
It looks like a marketing material but it is not. I spent 5-6 days just to find a good and trustworthy agency to work with. If you read all of this, just shoot them a message and they will handle it swiftly. I just hope that my feedback can save you hundred minutes of research, and have a wonderful trip with them.
Thanks for all the preparation, that's a 100 score trip for me, and I'm out.

Excellent.
Me and Luk(tour guide) did 5 days tour to Windhoek- dune 45 - big daddy - deadlevi - canyon - swapkomund -Himba village- Etosh park - craft market - Windhoek.
Luk is like history book, he knows a lot about the history of the country and places we visited. He explained me very well and enriched me with Namibia history. He was more travel buddy to me rather than a tour guide.
He also knows a lot about the animals, you can learn the things you never heard at the wild life documentaries even we talked about the evolution of the species.
He looked after my safety and comfort a lot, we did enjoy our trip together a lot.
It was a life experience for me to do this trip, I have had the time of my life 😜
I would highly recommend this trip route and if possible with Luk, he will guide you and will be your history and biology teacher for a few days.
Special thanks to Emilia(tour organizer) she put a lot of effort to organize this tour.
I did stay in the camp and highly recommending the same way for you guys.
Enjoy your vacation..
Ozan

Epic 22-Day Namibia Adventure with People Tours & Safari
We just wrapped up an unforgettable 22-day journey across Namibia, and the single biggest reason it was so exceptional is Luke, our guide. Luke is the adventure guide you want to request.
Why Luke Is The Best?
• Natural Adventure Leader: From scrambling up the granite domes of Spitzkoppe to tackling 10 km-plus hikes in Fish River Canyon, Luke set the perfect pace and kept everyone safe, motivated, and smiling.
• Wildlife & Wilderness Know-How: Whether we were tracking desert-adapted elephants in Damaraland or timing our Sossusvlei dunes visit for sunrise photography, Luke’s instincts were spot-on.
• Problem-Solver & Friend: Minor hiccups (inevitable on long trips) were handled calmly and quickly. By day three, it felt like we were traveling with a knowledgeable friend rather than just a hired guide.
• Storytelling & Culture: Around campfires or long drives, Luke shared local folklore, geology tips, and personal anecdotes that turned scenic stops into deeper cultural experiences.
We travel full-time and have safaried on six continents; this route and guiding combo ranks at the very top. If you crave big scenery, varied hiking, and a guide who can pivot from wildlife expert to adventure guiding, Luke is your guy and People Tours & Safari is your team!

Discover Namibia: Affordable Tours, Exceptional Service, and Unforgettable Adventures!
I contacted People Tours and Safari in February, and Aina (Maggie) was the contact person who answered my questions and worked with me to create our 15-day budget camping tour in Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe. She was incredibly helpful, always responding quickly, sometimes even at night. Maggie is a very hardworking woman. She was also very patient, as I had many questions, and because my daughter was on a limited budget, Maggie made adjustments to our itinerary as needed.
We eventually finalized our itinerary, and just two days before we were about to pay the deposit and fly to Windhoek, Maggie informed me that the Moremi Game Reserve in Botswana was closed due to flooding. She suggested that if I had another agency after Namibia, we might want to consider switching to another company. I was surprised—why wouldn’t they try to keep the client? (The answer will come at the next.) In the end, she introduced us to another Botswana agency and even helped my daughter settle the bill for our next agency. Maggie was truly a helpful person. Although we figured things out on our own, her service came from the heart.
I later realized that the reason for switching agencies was that the tour guide in Namibia wasn’t allowed to guide tours in other countries. We ended up going to Zambia and Zimbabwe, and because of this rule, we had to switch companies in each country. That was something I hadn’t anticipated, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience.
Luke, our guide, picked us up on time. The company’s car was very comfortable, equipped with CarPlay, and it was a large Japanese 4x4 vehicle with a spacious trunk. Luke played great music every day, making our journey even more enjoyable. He is a very friendly, young, talkative, down-to-earth guy—patient and always helpful. I fondly remember the times we set up tents together, when he helped me climb Big Daddy in Sossusvlei and when I was scared of bugs, he’d always help me remove them. One time, I screamed at the lodge in Spitzkoppe, and Luke came to check if I was okay. He wasn’t just a good guide; he was also like a personal assistant. He helped me take pictures because my daughter was often away! He’s also good at photography, so you can rely on him if you have him as your guide. During the long rides, we shared stories, and after spending 10 days together—6 AM to 8 PM, from breakfast to dinner—we didn’t just feel like a guide and clients; we became friends.
After Luke picked me up at the airport and we arrived at the People Tours office, I realized that the currency exchange office had miscalculated and given me 200 Namibian dollars less (about 10€). Maggie was incredibly helpful and called the exchange office every day to follow up. After almost 7 days, when we passed by the airport on the way to Botswana, Luke took me back to the airport and helped me recover the N$200. This kind of service was outstanding—if this had happened in another country, I’m not sure I would have gotten the money back. Great job, Maggie and Luke!
I also noticed that Luke went out of his way to show kindness beyond the typical duties of a guide. On several occasions, he bought bread for the people who took care of his car. It was a thoughtful gesture that showed his generosity and compassion, making him not just a great guide but also a kind-hearted person.
Regarding the camping equipment, we were two travelers, so we were supposed to have one tent each. However, the tent is large enough for two people, so we used just one tent every night. If I had known we’d get everything double (like the lodge rooms, which we stayed in for two nights), I would have told Maggie we only needed one, perhaps saving a bit of money. They provided mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows, and extra blankets for the chilly nights. They also provided torch, European adapter with long cable so that you can charge your personal devices in the tent. I particularly loved the smell of the blankets and pillows—they were fresh and clean because they were brought to the laundry after every client used them. They also supplied unlimited bottles of water and garbage bags for our belongings, as they would get dusty after every ride.
One of the highlights of the experience was that People Tours and Safari offered us a private tour at a very reasonable price. It felt like a personal experience tailored just for us, but without the hefty price tag that usually comes with private tours. That was a wonderful bonus and made the trip even more special.
In conclusion, People Tours and Safari made our trip in Namibia unforgettable and memorable. With helpful staff, affordable prices, clean and comfortable equipment, and a polite and sympathetic tour guide, I highly recommend them. I would give them not just 5 stars, but ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
