I liked the customer service immediately I 1st talked to the tour guide/Customer representative . He treated me well and was very flexible as I negotiated with him coming down to what worked for me. After that conversation I knew I was going to deal with them because of the gentleman was courteous and professional. During my tour,I was treated exceptionally well given enough time to view and the tour guide helped me take pictures during the tour intervals. Always checked on to ensure am safe and finding out if I needed help.

Amazing experience in Uganda with Lulu!
Our experience with Lulu was wonderful. My wife and I took a 15-day trip across the country, and it was an incredible experience. Elvis answered all our questions before the trip and was very helpful (although a confirmation of payment receipt would have been appreciated for added peace of mind).
Our guides, Derrick and Victor, were just the best! Derrick is a very experienced driver, and we felt very relaxed in the car with him throughout the entire trip. Furthermore, they both have extensive knowledge of the country and its amazing biodiversity, so we learned a lot from them. They are very friendly and welcoming people who made us feel right at home.
Choosing Lulu for this amazing trip was absolutely the right decision, and we would recommend this agency without hesitation!

Amazing tour of Rwanda and Uganda!
Thank you to Stuart and the Lulu Safaris team for an amazing vacation! They organized a perfect itinerary that included gorilla trekking, chimp trekking, golden monkeys, boat tours and more! LULU SAFARI - Amazing
Uganda, what an amazing place. In our 12 day excursion with Lulu Safaris we saw all the major attractions including gorillas, chimp, lions, many elephants, giraffes, antelopes of numerous species and much more. Thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the Ugandan Wildlife Authority and how they protect native animals from poaching and control tourist interaction so animals can thrive and increase in number.
Apart from animals we were shown the magnificence of Murchison Falls, the mighty Nile and the numerous lakes with abundant bird life and hippos.
Brian our Lulu driver for our 2 person tour was attentive to our needs and spared no energy to make sure we saw it all.
Uganda is a poor country and driving its roads is not for the faint hearted. The very brave take on a self drive adventure. Our guide/driver Brian knows how it works and although erratic by Australian road rules… we always got to the destination.
Accommodation provided was all very good. Staff eager to please and would attempt to fix issues if not quite right.
Overall an amazing experience.
