Amazing, the guy we got explained to us everything we asked in detail !!
Lulu Safaris were to me very organized, communicated promptly. We got a clean car with a driver who listened to us and understood us I believe, he stopped for a few minutes every time we asked when there was something interesting to look at.
The trip was worth it, and very good value for money. 'The true Ugandan tourism experience is well done by Lulu safaris!!!

The trip was monkey-nificent! We had unforgettable experiences on all the primate tours and thoroughly enjoyed the safari, jungle and boat tours.
Our tour operator, Elvis, responded quickly, was very friendly and accommodating of our tour adjustment requests and checked in repeatedly during the tour to make sure we were having a good time.
Our tour guide, Twaha, wa a very competent driver, who took his job seriously but was always ready with a smile or laugh. He puts his customers first and went out of his way to ensure that we had a great time and got the tour we paid for.
Overall we would highly recommend Lulu Safaris for your next African adventure!

Very patient,friendly with good customer service skills
It was a memorable getaway with my friends. The 6 hour journey seemed too short coz of the company in the van. We enjoyed sight seeing at Murchison falls,hiking, zip-lining among the activities . Swimming was yet another activity that we did. The accommodation & food at Global village resort was on point. Thank you Lulu safaris for pulling off our trip.

Very helpful and good tour
I had a great experience with Lulu tours. The person I was in touch with for planning (Elvis) responded promptly and professionally and was always able and willing to help.
Even when the guide I had at times seemed a bit ill-prepared or unorganized, Elvis always made sure that everything ended up working out! The tour itself was very well balanced and interesting.

3 day Gorilla trekking tour
What an absolutely amazing experience I had doing the 3 day Gorilla trekking experience with Lulu safaris. From start to finish everything was perfect.
First of all I have to mention Samuel my guide for the 3 days who was brilliant, very friendly and made the 20 hour round journey very pleasant and very interesting with all his knowledge on Uganda & all its different cultures. The accommodation, staff, food and facilities at gorilla mist camp were incredible and extremely good value for money.
The day spent tracking the Gorillas was amazing, our group tracked down the Mishaya family and the hour spent with them is something I’ll never forget. Overall what an incredible experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone considering doing it! Thanks Lulu safaris for an epic experience.

Amazing.
We choose 5 day gorilla safari. We were absolutly satisfied with service, foods, guides, accommodations and programme. I can recommend this operator for everybody who wants to enjoy safari fully. Uganda is really pearl of Africa.

Incredible experience with beautiful gorillas and wonderful guides!
We had an incredible time with the Lulu's team. They were very professional, responsive, and high-energy (our driver Charles is the real King Charles!). We had a big group (14 people) and they were able to accommodate all of us.
On the trip itself, what an amazing experience! We saw golden monkeys and spent a day on beautiful Lake Bunyonyi but the highlight was definitely the mountain gorillas. I will never forget being so close to those beautiful creatures and it was all because of the Lulu's team. We cannot recommend them enough!
