Professionalism and helpfulness, that’s Trav-Interactive!
We set off on our safari as a group of ten and spent five days and four nights exploring Tsavo West, Amboseli, Taita Hills, and Tsavo East.
The itinerary was organized by John before our departure. He listened to and accommodated all our requests, offering us not only the chance to go on numerous game drives (9 in five days), but also several extra experiences that made our trip truly unique. The nature walk in the savannah of Taita Hills, the panoramic viewpoint at Mudanda Rock, and the Lugard Falls in Tsavo East, as well as spotting hippos at Mzima Springs in Tsavo West, were all unforgettable experiences.
What truly made the difference in our safari, however, were the guides/drivers: Randu and Righan were the real added value. With their professionalism and experience, they led us to the most beautiful and hidden corners of the parks: herds of elephants just meters away, lionesses hunting warthogs and buffalo, hundreds of zebras and wildebeest, a cheetah hidden in the brush, hippos both in and out of the water. And then giraffes, buffalo, gazelles, antelopes, crocodiles, a lion atop a Lions Rock, countless bird species, and many other animals...
Our jeeps were comfortable, practical, and always clean despite the red Tsavo dust. Randu speaks excellent and fluent Italian.
At every accommodation—whether lodge or tented camp—we felt truly welcomed, and the hospitality of the Kenyan people will stay in our hearts. We especially recommend the Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge in Tsavo West.
Trav-interactive gets full marks... we’ll be back for the Masai Mara!

I highly recommend this travel agency for safaris in Kenya!
We were a group of 10 Italians (4 parents and 6 young adults). It was our first time in an African country — and therefore, our first safari.
While we had some amazing organizers within our group, John’s dedication and willingness to ensure we had an unforgettable experience made all the difference. He helped us personalise and plan everything perfectly: choosing the right national parks to visit — and in the best order (1. Tsavo West, 2. Amboseli, 3. Taita Hills, 4. Tsavo East) — based on our arrival in Mombasa. He selected the ideal hotels, must-do experiences, and activities for us.
And last but not least, he found us the best drivers: Randu and Righan. Both spoke excellent English (like John), and one of them even spoke fluent Italian — a big plus, since not everyone we met in Kenya spoke English clearly, which sometimes made communication tricky.
The drivers were joyful, professional, and fully committed to making our safari incredible. They went above and beyond to help us spot as many animals as possible — almost at any cost! 😂 We did 8 game drives of 2–3 hours each over 5 d. It was intense — we were ready by 6 am and out spotting animals until nearly 7 pm — long days!
Not once did we feel unsafe in their care. They were well-trained and respectful of safari rules and wildlife. We had the chance to see so many animals up close: elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffalos, various gazelles, lionesses (multiple times), young lions, hyenas, cheetah, many birds, warthogs, hippos, and crocodiles.
Honestly, there wasn’t a single moment I didn’t enjoy or feel truly happy.
I completely fell in love with Kenyan culture and its people. ❤️

Our tour operator was thorough, informative, and efficient
John was very good at communicating via email of any questions with regards to details with the safari.
He was also very helpful when our luggage was lost at airport to find a way to still do the safari and not miss out on anything and yet come back to the airport to get our luggage.
Our driver and tour guide Dan was efficient, informative, passionate about his job, went above and beyond to make sure we got to see as much of the animals as we possibly could.
He also made the safari itself smooth and relaxing. He bought complimentary water bottles for us and when we ran out of shillings, he helped pay for the tips until we got to an ATM to pay back. He was very kind and his English was overall easy to understand.
I would definitely recommend Dan as your tour guide and driver for there is nothing on this trip I feel like we missed out on because of his knowledge, efficiency, hospitality, and excellent communication.

Amboseli National Park three days game drive
We had three days game drive at the Amboseli National Park. We had a chance to visit the Masai Village and a view of the Mount Kilimanjaro.

3 day safari Amboseli/Tsavo West
We had a wonderful safari with Trav Interactive. From the first contact we felt very comfortable. John was always proactive in getting back to us, asking what was going on and taking our wishes into account. We decided to stay at Amboseli Sopa Lodge with a view of Mount Kilimanjaro and the Saltlick lodge. Both accommodations were excellent. Juma, our driver/guide, was pleasantly unagitated but very nice and courteous and navigated us as a family wonderfully and safely.
Unfortunately, we were a little unlucky with the weather in Tsavo West, so we didn't really see many animals here. All in all, however, it was a great trip. We can recommend Trav Interactive with a clear conscience. Thank you John and thank you Juma for the great experience

Excellent service with friendly contact persons and a great tour guide.
We had a great time in Tsavo East, Tsavo West and Amboseli.
The tour was well organized, with beautiful lodges (we loved Satao Camp and Severin Safari Camp), John was very helpful and also helped to organize a birthday surprise for a friend, Amos our tour guide was just awesome, he gave everything to make our tour unforgettable.
We will definitely book our next safari in Kenya with Trav-Interactive again.

Excellent!
We used the services of the specific agency for our first safari in Kenya lasted 4 days in Masai Mara . I felt completely safe and calm as once I booked the safari, the agency was well responding to all of my requests or infos I may needed through what's up.
They were waiting for us in the airport to drive us in a hotel next to the company's office where we could freshen up before the beginning of our safari early in the morning .Also one of the best highlights of our trip was the driver of our jeep named David Capino( I hope I remember well his name).He did everything in his power for us to see more animals as close as it gets and also had a great knowledge in the African birds .We would pick him again if we return in Kenya ! Many thanks to Trav-Interactive agency for creating a great safari experience for us !

The tour operator was very kind and he was very informed about the wildlife.
We just came back from a safari in Tsavo and I can honestly say it was one of the most incredible experiences of my life! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and excited for the adventure ahead.
The game drives were nothing short of spectacular. Our guide Amos from Trav Interactive was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife, which made every outing feel special. We saw some of the Big Five and so much more, including elephants playing in the mud. Each sighting was a moment of pure magic!

We were very happy with Trav-Interactive. For a few months, David helped us (we were with 3 kids: 15,14 and 10 years old) with planing and making our dream holiday come true. He took the time to discuss what we wanted to see, worked within our budget, and prepared a fantastic trip for us. We visited Nairobi, Mount Kenya National Park, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, Hell’s Gate, Tsavo East and West, and of course, Masai Mara and Amboseli, along with a few relaxing days at Diani Beach. We experienced everything from glamping to luxury hotels, and it was truly unforgettable. David also found a way to upgrade our hotels in Tsavo, and he added a personal touch by welcoming us with his wife when we arrived.
