Incredible!
This is by far the best agency we have ever gone through for any tour we have done in the past! Right from the beginning, Hamisi was so kind and accommodating. We were unable to make one of our flights the day before arriving and he went above and beyond to change plans and make sure we still were able to do the tours we were asking for. The waterfall and coffee tour was incredible with our guides, Andrew and Hamisi. We were able to spend some time at beautiful hot springs, a waterfall and ate a home cooked meal and coffee at a local home. The safari at Ngorongoro crater was a great experience as well! We were able to see so many animals and the landscape was stunning! Choosing Colours Africa Tours and Safaris was an amazing experience and I highly recommend booking through them for any tour you are wishing to do!

We came to Tanzania with Colours of Africa and it was an unforgettable experience. Everything was very well organized and they were very attentive to us. Our guide, Charles Godson, explained many things about the animals we saw. Our driver, Japhet Mbutala, was not only a fantastic and careful driver, but he was also incredibly friendly. I've gotta say, Tanzania is seriously set up for tourists, especially around the Serengeti and Ngorongoro areas. I chatted with a bunch of companies and heard from lots of folks who've done safaris with a variety of groups. It seems like as long as you pick a company that's legit and has decent reviews, you're pretty much guaranteed a great safari experience with most of them.
What sets Colours apart, however, is their ability to offer safaris that are not only budget-friendly but also venture into less frequented destinations, like Gombe National Park—an absolutely stellar recommendation and a definite highlight of our East African adventure. The team's flexibility with scheduling and their insightful suggestions greatly enhanced our experience. For instance, when we considered additional days at Lake Manyara National Park, they advised us to explore the southern Serengeti instead. This turned out to be excellent advice, allowing us to witness the spectacular great wildebeest migration—a truly unforgettable spectacle.
In a nutshell, not only is this company super competent and trustworthy, but they were also incredibly helpful in planning our trip. This was a godsend for us first-timers in Tanzania. Totally recommend them.

Our Bulldozer Guide was more than great and it was thanks to his experience and skills that we were able to see some animals that we had not seen on our first safari. He is attentive to his customers, often asks if everything is going well in addition to being pleasant company. He speaks good English (in addition to 5 other local languages) which makes contact easy throughout the safari. At our request, Bulldozer gave us lots of information about the animals we were seeing and that made the safari even more wonderful and informative. Amazing experience
This was our first time going to Africa, or on safari, and there were so many companies to choose from. We ended up choosing Colours Africa because we felt they were best responding to our questions. This turned out to be a great decision as honestly I can't fault them at all!
The safari was an amazing experience and all of the staff from Colours Africa were great. Obviously it's all about seeing the animals and our driver Benjamin was just incredible. His eyesight was something else, often seeing things while driving that we would then struggle to find with binoculars!
Our chef Suleiman was super friendly and we had hot meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day which were all really tasty.
One of our group was ill and we missed the first day. The owners came down to our hotel themselves to check how he was doing and arranged for us to catch up the next day.
Hopefully I have the chance to visit Tanzania again some day and I wouldn't think twice about booking with Colours Africa again.
