They made this trip unforgettable
We had Imani and Baraka as our tour guide for a week. They are so reliable, enthusiastic, and professional. They made this whole journey full of joy with their knowledge and expertise in finding animals. Totally worth the money and will recommend to my friends.

Amazing experience with Imani and Baraka
After comparing many travel agencies, we chose Imani, which unexpectedly provided better service at a lower price than other travel agencies. There were seven of us in two cars, led by Imani and Baraka. During the seven days, they had rich experience and led us to find many animals, such as lions, leopards, elephants... On the way, we also talked with them a lot about local life, learning about the local customs and each other's life stories, which is very precious when traveling in a foreign country. After the trip, we also became friends. All in all, this will be one of the most unforgettable travel memories of my life. They are reliable and trustworthy, and you can't go wrong in choosing them.

The absolute best choice every single time
I just completed my second safari with Imani Excursions and once again, I was blown away by my experience. I couldn't be happier with the service that Imani and Mike provide. They are both true professionals. Imani is an expert guide and has a remarkable talent for spotting wildlife and navigating the vast terrain of the Serengeti. He is a brilliant educator, taking time to relay information and his knowledge. Mike is a logistics master, mapping out the perfect itinerary for my 9 days in the country. Mike also blessed me with great stays along my journey. Every property was beautiful, comfortable, and in the perfect location for game drives. I will be returning in November 2024 and once again, I will be utilizing Imani Excursions.

Luxurious Safari
Absolutely perfect safari.
I was taking my partner for his first safari and I don’t think we could have been provided with a better service.
Firstly, our tour guide Elnas was unbeatable. He knew all the other guides and they would help us be the first ones to see animals. He knew the area so well that we didn’t miss a thing. His knowledge was extraordinary and we were learning new things all day.
Elnas ensured we saw lions, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, black rhinos and hippos. We also saw lots of calves and baby animals.
Mike, the manager, made sure everything was comfortable- even when the airlines lost our luggage. He made sure that it was delivered right to our room on safari as soon as he could.
The accommodation that was chosen for us was perfect too. The service was out of this world and the food was fantastic. I would recommend Ngorongoro Farm House and Into Safari tented camp - both were amazing.
All in all, I would recommend this safari company to anybody, and Elnas in particular. Thanks Imani!

The very best in the business
My experience with the team at Imani Excursions exceeded my expectations. Mike, Imani, and Jeff are incredibly kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, attentive, and dedicated to giving their guests the ultimate safari experience. These are true professionals and gentlemen.
We explored the Serengeti, Tarangire, and Ngorongoro Crater as well as the region around Lake Eyasi. It was nothing short of a magical experience that I will forever cherish.

Excellent Safari
We really enjoyed our safari with Imani Excursions. Our Guide Mrisho was the best and had a huge knowledge about everything! He made sure to see the Big 5 and even more. Furthermore he taught us a lot about the animals and the culture of Tanzania. We felt very welcomed and comfortable the whole trip. Our Lodges also were really great! You need to be prepared to sit in a car for 10h sometimes and the bumby roads don’t make that easy. We will definitely choose Imani again if we come back one day but next time we would take a plane to Serengeti to make the trip even more comfortable.

Knowledgeable, nice and likeable
We loved our safari not only for the amazing animals, but also for the service that was provided from our guide. He had much knowledge about the animals and the nature that was surrounding us. Our guide was able to take us at the right place at the right time, aswell as he didn’t disturb the animals. He drove good and NEVER made us feel unsafe. He also made the entire experience enjoyable and gave us a memorable weekend😊

Very satisfied!
We were four friends going on safari for the first time and we are very satisfied. We were presented with a good plan, and everything went much better than expected. Very good arrangement, and we got to go to two different national parks in two days. Very nice guide, with lots of knowledge (answered all our questions). Strongly recommended. We would love to come back!

Very well organised, excellent staff.
I had a lovely experience with Imani Excursions in Tanzania. Every lodge I stayed was of the highest standard and all inclusive. The team, Imani and Mike, made sure to welcome me the first day and go over the itinerary with me, so I was fully aware of every aspect of the trip. My guide, Baraka, was very well-informed and a good chat, he always made sure I was well taken care of and I got to learn a lot about different regions in Tanzania as well as the people. We saw different lake sites, the Ngorongoro Crater and of course did a 5-day Safari in Serengthi. I saw the big five an many more animals throughout my trip. Truly an adventure of a life time and I would highly recommend booking your excursion with Imani.

Fantastic Safari tour with great guide
Overall the experience was really great and we can only recommend to everybody to book with Imani Excursions.
Communication:
Very good and easy planning with Mike. He realized all of our wishes and requests. He always provide prompt responses despite our many different requests.
Service:
Mike booked beautiful lodges for us with friendly staff everywhere. We felt always very safe and comfortable.
Value for money:
We booked a privat tour and compared to other operators we feel like we had the best price / service level. We can really only recommend to book with Mike as there are also different options available depending on the budget.
Reliability:
100% reliability given. Everything was done according to our itinerary. There were no unforeseen issues and everything went super smooth.
Tour:
We did a 4 day safari tour including Tarangire NP, Serengeti with a hot air ballon ride, Lake Manyara and the crater. We saw the big 5 and as well as many other animals. The landscapes were beautiful and so different between the different NP. It was for us a once in a life time experience. The distances between the different places were quite long so we would recommend to stay an additional night in the Serengeti.
Guide: we had the best time with Adhadi. He was very professional and very friendly from the beginning of the trip. He knew everything about the animals, the country itself but also the culture and answered all of our questions which helped us to learn more about the fascinating country Tanzania.
