Trip of a Lifetime!
4/5

We planned a once in a lifetime Safari vacation, visiting Maasai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Zanzibar. We chose Super Eagles to be our guide and they did a wonderful job plotting out route to help ensure we were able to hit the highlights. The guides were great and the accommodations within the parks were better than anticipated. We'd be happy to recommend Super Eagles to friends and family when they plan their Africa Safari vacation.

We had a great time!
4/5

We went on safari to Amboseli with our guide Rhino. We really enjoyed it! Our guide could tell us lots of interesting facts about all the different animals, from zebras to the various birds. In addition, he always made sure we had enough to drink and eat.

Decent budget operator, out of the world game drive experience
4/5

The experience of booking with Charity was excellent with superb support and coordination for customisation to our needs, online payment and documentation. There was a slight error on pricing which she honestly admitted. During the actual tour, the office seemed very deserted, and we didn't have adequate facilities to freshen up as we reached it from airport. Though we had booked midrange tour, we were packed with a bunch of budget traveler, so every time they driver had to pick up and drop from different hotels. On one of the nights in Amboseli, we were told the place was overbooked and were put up in an absolutely pathetic dormitory which was unacceptable and no refund was given. The Kenya experience itself was wonderful and the driver was brilliant during the game rides. The group of co-travellers were nice company. The quality of hotels was great in Mara and Naivasha, but average in Nakuru and pathetic in Amboseli for one night. The next night was good as the tented accommodation was nice. The food was great at Mara and Naivasha. We had some local delicacies at Nakuru. Amboseli was average and crowded. Overall, an average operator that promised more than it delivered. The Kenya national park and game drive experience in all the destinations compensated for everything else so to speak.

Excellent for the price
4/5

We had a wonderful 10 days Kenya and Tanzania Safari! We chose mid range package and most places were really good! I was very surprised by the communication from start to finish with Daisy! She was replying really fast to all our questions and doubts. The logistics of the whole trip was well planned even tho there’s so much driving every day (this is inevitable). All breakfast and dinners were excellent! Lunches in Tanzania were delicious, lunches in Kenya were packed boxes with the same every day so we were a bit bored at the end. Our first guide Bryan was the BOMB! He made us see every kind of animals in the park, he was a good driver and a good person in general so we loved our time with him! We also managed to see all animals in Tanzania so if you had to choose only 1 country, don’t be afraid as you will most likely see all of them in any you choose! We preferred the Kenya bit but this is our own opinion! Also we noticed that the budget accommodations were way better in Kenya than in Tanzania! We were so happy we chose mid range in Tanzania but in Kenya we could have chosen budget and it would have been good enough I think (as a couple).

All in all, for the price you pay, I would highly recommend this safari even if there were things we didn’t like, they were not too bad…

Here are the down points: AA Lodge in Amboseli had horribly hard beds and we woke up a few times during the night because of it and the packed lunches were all the same in the Kenya portion so could change a bit. we got the charity hotel in Arusha which is a budget hotel (all the people we met there were on budget tours) so we felt a bit let down on this one. The guides you get really make or break your experience so if you’re not happy with one don’t hesitate to mention it… we had 1 of 3 that knew good things about the park but wasn’t the nicest so we have a little worst memory of those days… Last thing but that’s inevitable: budget midrange and luxury packages share the same car so even if you have different hotels you are in the same tour, which means you need to pick up and drop off everyone at different places sometimes waking up way earlier if you’re picked up first and sometimes adding 10-30mins to your day if you’re dropped off last. This is ok but could be annoying for some.

Here is a review of all lodges:
-Jambo Mara in Masai Mara: excellent huts with good food. Only detail was that any beverage was super overpriced so we ended up not leaving any tips because of this.
-Sarova Woodlands in Nakuru: very good hotel and excellent food at the restaurant.
-AA Lodge in amboseli. Great food but horrible beds and pillows. So bad that we couldn’t sleep properly for 2 days.
-Charity hotel in Arusha: we asked for mid range but this is budget so be careful to review the hotels they give you in the offer on google. We should have done because speaking with all the people in this hotel they said they were in the budget tours so they def didn’t put us on the mid range we paid for.
- Shushudia tents in Serengeti: really good tents with very comfortable beds and great food.
-Hhando lodge in Ngorongo: the best hotel we stayed at with excellent huts and great food. However this is 40 mins outside of the crater so it was too much to go there, come back to the park the next day…

MAKE SURE YOU BRING BINOCULARS!!!

Absolutely Safari Experience with Super Eagles Travel and Tours!
4/5

I contacted nearly 10 safari companies while planning our trip, and Super Eagles Travel and Tours My agent, Brian, was the most responsive and professional among all. He replied to every message promptly, provided one of the most reasonable quotes, and was extremely patient in walking me through each detail of the itinerary. He answered all my questions thoroughly, made sure everything was clear, and continued to check in on us throughout the trip to ensure everything went smoothly and service that truly exceeded my expectations.

Our guide, Denis Wild, He’s a professional with an incredible eye for spotting animals. Thanks to his sharp instincts and deep knowledge of the terrain, we were able to see the Big Five in the game drives! He drives very safely and smoothly even on bumpy roads and always kept us comfortable and safe. He also shared lots of interesting fun stories about animal behaviors, which made the experience even more enriching. Whenever he heard reports over the radio, he knew exactly where to go, always getting us to the right place at the right time to capture the nice photo with the animals .

When one of our hotels made a mistake with our booking, Denis help communicate on our behalf. His dedication and problem-solving skills were incredibly reassuring, especially in a foreign country.

Super Eagles Travel and Tours is reliable, professional, and truly client-centered. Whether you’re a first-time safari traveler ,you’ll be in the best hands with them. I highly recommend this team ,especially Brian and Denis for explore safari experience in Kenya!
