The best tour operator you can have!
We have just returned from our 11 nights self drive safari in Namibia. Lilly helped adapt the trip to a 11 nights trip per my request. Our trip was a magical experience, Great Explorations Namibia arranged all the booking of lodges and guesthouses in addition to our wonderful vehicle rental. We did not experience any problems or issues throughout our journey. Lilly was also very helpful in suggesting and arranging activities and excursions during several at several of the lodges we stayed at. It was absolutely perfect!
I wholeheartedly recommend using the services from Great Explorations Namibia if you plan a self drive vacation in Namibia.

Reliable and very professional tour operator
Lilly from Great Explorations Namibia organised a 14-day itinerary for my family and I in December 2025-January 2026. We had a wonderful trip thanks to Lilly and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Namibia. The lodges she suggested were excellent, child-friendly, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend Onguma Bush Camp near Etosha, Kalahari Anib by Gondwana, and Villa Margherita in Swakopmund. Everything was seamless and we had no issues during the trip. Lilly also organised car rentals with Namibia2Go who offered fantastic services. Don't look any further if you want to go to Namibia, Lilly and her team will prepare a great trip for you !

Very professional and client-need oriented.
The agency did not only modified their classic tour to meet our requirements, but also gave us lots of tips about en route sites and activities which has enhance our overall experience. Furthermore they provided support during the trip when it was needed (eg. accommodation upgrade on a rainy day). The rent a car agency (Classic Car Rental) they booked for us was also very professional.

We never had to worry about logistics or activities everything was perfectly taken care of.

Great guide and well organised tour
Experienced tour guide,good communications and kept us informed about what was going to happen.The tour was good value.Most of the accommodation was lovely,but disappointing in Etosha safari park,the quality of food here was poor,also the accommodation was not the best.Namibia was an amazing country to visit,I’d advise anyone to give it a try

The transport (self drive 4x4) that was organized was very reliable, the places we stayed were all of very high quality.
