Professional and value for money.
From the outset communication was quick and efficient. They were one of the cheapest options for a private tour (necessary with 3 kids) with food included. The vehicle was modern and well equipped. They went out of their way to meet out needs, including driving around Masinidi looking for chapatti for my hungry kiddos, and arranging fresh coffee after I jokingly said I missed it!
We saw lots of animals on the safari drives.
The accommodation we chose was mid-range, but was excellent as was the food.
I would highly recommend using this company for a safari trip.

It was a beautiful place to go visit with our family and explore a new places 10/10 recommend
Last December my fiancé and I took our child to Africa Uganda, it was truly amazing and beautiful! Our favorite part other than the amazing tour guide would be seeing the national park. We also loved seeing all the animals like the lions and monkeys! Our son loved the zebras ! My favorite part would be visiting the source of the Nile. We had a great family trip and will be back

Keep its promises
Nice staff, valuable service, high reliability concerning money matters. The car should be better. The thing I did not like was the communication. I wanted to return to Uganda next year for Moon montain range trekking with this tour company but unfortunately begun the military activities in DRC and I was obliged to potpone my visit. I informed the Mizube Tours about my decision. They did not reply. It's a pity.

Our tour operators were attentive experienced, and flexible.
We did the Pakuba Safari tour with Silivia and Sa'adi that included a trip to Murchison Falls. It was amazing! Our tour guides were knowledgeable about the forest, wetlands, and wildlife. They know what times were best for seeing lions, giraffes, elephants, and so many others. They were flexible in picking us up from Kampala and driving us on the long trek to the site. They were intuitive enough to know when rest stops and lunch breaks would be most welcome. They focused on safety while giving us the best access to the most wildlife. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour.
