Agent didn't book our accommodation then lied about it. Also flight booking error
Honestly disgusted with the service. I feel scammed. Agent forgot to book our accommodation. Though was told she needed an additional deposit early to book accommodation!!
All of a sudden wasn't contactable. So at 5pm we were left to find new accommodation in a foreign place. Spent hours driving around trying to find somewhere. We called and called. Even the operating agent. No one could get hold of her. She then emailed at midnight saying she'd told me a week before saying they were fully booked. This was a lie. All our correspondence was via email and nothing was there. When I said the Hotel said they were never contacted and they only became full the day of. Her story changed the next day when I asked for evidence it was a new story and excuse. Then the worst part is that she refused to refund what we'd paid out of pocket. Despite already paying for accommodation. She didn't want to reimburse us for the night stay that we were forced to pay for. I had to threaten to report her to the tourism board.
Also she booked our flights too early. We had to leave the safari at 2pm instead of 5. Got to the airport 20mins before take off. So stressful and embarrassing. The 4hour drive back was so dangerous because the poor driver was trying to get there on time. He did it in 3 hours instead!! Driver asked her to changed them but she Wouldn't rebook flight as she said she wouldn't get her money back for it. So unprofessional!
Also itinerary was a lie. You don't get the meals promised. Only one lunch was provided on the first day, though we paid for 3 meals and drinks for two days . She should be ashamed to call this a service. Such an expensive experience to be ruined by our agent. We pay for a stress free experience. It was anything but. Also turns out we were overcharged in comparison to others on the trip.

AMAZING SAFARI WITH DIANA TANZANIA SAFARIS
Diana Tanzania safaris are a must use company!!
We booked a 6 day Safari through Diana Tanzania safaris for our honeymoon this year - we had a phenomenal trip thanks to them! Ever since our initial enquiry, customer service has been faultless and we have been at the centre of everything - Diana was assisting us and she did a great job of planning and tailoring our itinerary to the perfect trip - which it really was!
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, we were made to feel comfortable and at home straight away; feeling none of the potential stress we could have felt. There was a representative waiting to take us to our first lodge in Arusha and talk us through our trip day by day to ensure we were happy! This continued throughout the trip; all of our stays, transfers, etc were well organised which made a massive impact!
Our guide, Herman was a hero. From Day 1 Safari, to Day 6, nothing was ever too much for him. He spoke excellent English, was incredibly knowledgeable, ensured we saw pretty much everything possible on a safari, and always got us to the right place at the right time, even on those Tanzanian roads - what a trooper! He allowed us to immerse ourselves in Tanzanian culture, told lots of stories, taught us lots of Swahili so we could interact with local people, and we would genuinely consider him as a friend upon leaving! If you get the opportunity, ask for him as a guide!
Accommodation was all to a really high standard Diana Tanzania safaris pride themselves on this); and food exceeded our expectations, particularly on Safari.
Overall, a great 6-day Safari (Tarangire NP, Ngorogoro Crater, Central Serengeti, Northern Serengeti x 2),
When we come back to do Safari again, we will definitely book with Diana Tanzania safaris!

Authentic Tanzanian Adventure with Heart ❤️
I had the most amazing safari experience with Diana Tanzania! From the very beginning, the entire team was very friendly and professional... As a solo female traveler, I was completely safe and cared for....The Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater tours were fascinating, and the guides were very knowledgeable. Most liked that 10% of their profit is spent on orphanage and development of local women. The whole trip was so much more meaningful. Highly recommended for those looking for a responsible and authentic Tanzanian adventure!

Amazing Safari Experience in Tarangire
The safari in Tarangire National Park was well organized, and everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Our driver-guide was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was attentive without being intrusive, did a great job spotting wildlife and positioning the vehicle for good views, and also reminded us to stay calm and keep our voices low to avoid disturbing the animals.
Lunch was another highlight; the use of stainless steel lunch boxes and reusable utensils helped reduce unnecessary waste, which I really appreciated. They even provided coffee, which was a nice touch.
We were fortunate to see a variety of animals, including elephants, giraffes, and even lions resting in trees, which was one of the highlights of the trip. The pace of the tour felt comfortable, with enough time to enjoy the surroundings without feeling rushed.
As a first-time safari experience, it felt very worthwhile.

Amazing Safari Adventure with Incredible Guides
My safari experience with Diana Tanzania Safaris was absolutely unforgettable! Serengeti has customized itineraries for visiting Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire and Lake Manyara, all perfectly organized. The guides were amazing – we got to see the wildlife up close, lions, elephants, giraffes, everything! The vehicles were comfortable, the lodges / camps are great, the food is also delicious. It's nice to see their commitment to sustainable tourism. And the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Amazing safari
Diana Tanzania Safaris did provide a customized itinerary organizing airport transport, local hotel and safari with visits to Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire and Lake Manyara national park. Every day was more than perfect, the driver/guide was verry knowledgeable and the day got even better with a chef providing fresh breakfast, packed lunch and dinner, with love!

Diana was helpful and showed up to my hotel for the briefing and at the end of the safari. The safari itself was very good too

Diana created an excellent, well rounded, 23 day itinerary for 2 women exploring Tanzania for the first time together. We experienced so much of what Tanzania has to offer including game drives in 4 different parks/reserves, hunting with Hadzabe men, conversations with Datoga women, cultural experiences with the Masaii, a cooking class, hiking the first stage of Kilimanjaro, swimming under a waterfall, swimming in a hot spring oasis, and so much more.
