Our trip was absolutely wonderful! Many thanks to Prajwal for arranging everything so efficiently. From the very first day I contacted her until the end of the journey, she handled every detail seamlessly and truly made what felt like an impossible trip possible for my family.
The lodges were fantastic, especially because of the incredible views they offered. Our tour guide, Patrick, made us feel completely at home. He was punctual, warm, and extremely hospitable. This vacation has been a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us, and Africa Barefoot Safaris made it truly unforgettable.

ABS plans your experience, not just book a tour
It all went exactly as promised. The promise was that you will fall in love with Serengeti, with Tanzania, with Africa, with the people. The plan only escalated the experience from day 1 onwards and yet gave time to decompress at the end. Superbly and reasonably planned and executed by the team @Africa Barefoot Safaris, primarily Prajwal who ensures that your needs are incorporated in planning yet leaving space for her years of experience to shine through. Her guides, this time Wilson, are full of magic tricks. Literally like Santa, you place a request, and the gift is delivered. A bush meal with Girraffes, done, a pack of Cheetas hunting, done, a lioness and cubs less than 3 months, done, variety of birds, done, a large herd of Elephants, done, lions and leopard on tree, done. The lodges/camps were manned by locals who have so much love for you and it penetrates your heart right from the moment you reach. Superb hospitality, great safari experience, amazing planning, great prices.

Well in tune with the ecosystem - seamless communication
Prajwal and team are very experienced and very communicative. This isn't some big mega corporation, they really care about your experience and want to hear the good, the bad, and any and all questions you may have.
We were lucky to spend our honeymoon in Kenya and Tanzania going through Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongro, and Zanzibar.
The drivers were very knowledgable and knew how to get into the action.
The venues we stayed at were also well reviewed - Prajwal has stayed in many, if not all of them, so her recommendations and itinerary come from her experiences!
Overall - highly recommend and would take another trip through her in the future! Shoutout Wilson and Simpai as well!

A 7 on 5 star experience with Africa Barefoot Safaris
We travelled in late May for our very first trip to Africa and I am glad that we chose to partner with Africa Barefoot Safaris. Everything was seamless and so professionally handled right from the planning of the 7-day itinerary to the closure of the trip at Nairobi airport to board our flight back to India. Prajwal was extremely patient through the planning process and answered all my queries to help us choose the best parks and facilities within our budget. As soon as we got down at Nairobi airport, we were greeted by our guide for the entire trip Joseph. Joseph, not only enamoured us with his knowledge and expertise of Kenyan wildlife, he set a very high bar for the hospitality, warmth and customer focus of Kenyan and Masai people. We were really lucky to have him as our guide on our first trip to Kenya and he went out of his way to make sure we did not leave Kenya without spotting the Big 5 and engaging meaningfully with local tribes in Amboseli and Masai Mara. I wish the ABS team more success as they throw open the East African frontiers to more and more people across the world and wow them with their passion and professionalism. I am definitely coming back to them for my next sojourn to the African wilderness!

"A Dream Safari Experience in Kenya with Africa Barefoot Safaris"
This was my first time travelling to Kenya and this trip is nothing short of a dream come true. Day one, we got the chance to pet the cute little baby elephants at the David Sheldrick Elephant orphanage and feeding the towering giraffes at the giraffe center followed by the road trip to the Masai Mara along the picturesque Great Rift Valley.
We were greeted by a herd of 20+ giraffes right at the entrance of the reserve . That very evening we met the Sopa pride, a moment highlighted by the golden light of the sun. Each day in the Mara was full to the brim with joyous, unforgettable events with lions and leopards walking right past our vehicle . Our guide Brian was excellent , his knowledge about the flora and fauna was impeccable . Despite our short stay we still managed to sight 4 out of the big 5.
A heartfelt thanks to Prajwal and the entire Africa Barefoot Safaris team. Their warmth, careful planning, and dedication made this trip truly once in a lifetime. I can’t recommend them enough!

A Heartfelt Journey Through Masai Mara
I recently had the pleasure of going on a customized tour organized by Praj from Africa Barefoot Safaris, and it was nothing short of incredible! The entire trip was so well planned and thoughtfully arranged, leaving us with memories that will last a lifetime.
The guides were fantastic—friendly, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable about the diverse wildlife in the Mara. Brien's insights really added depth to every game drive and made each sighting even more exciting.
A big thanks as well for making our stay so comfortable. The accommodations were lovely, and the food was delicious throughout the trip—definitely a big part of what made the whole experience feel so seamless and enjoyable.
