" 3 incredible days of Safari in Masai mara Game reserve , highly recomendend!"
It was an unforgettable experience!
Each day had its own beauty and always brought a surprise, mouth-opening moments of admiration. The variety of ecosystems and observing animals in harmony, it's as if you were the "Lion King in HD"!
The 3 days were perfect and enough! We managed to see the famous big 5, we really weren't expecting it!
On the second day we managed to cross off the rhinoceros from the list, although further away.
We saw so many lions, it was not my expectation at all, I thought it would be difficult to see them and that at most it would be from very far away, but the truth is that we saw groups of 7 lions, a lioness with her litter in the shade, a pair of juvenile lionesses resting in the grass in camouflage, and so many others. And those weren't the only cats, a leopard resting in the tree, a camouflaged cheetah and two Serval cats.
We saw many elephants, in groups, others alone in incredible landscapes, in Masai Mara Game resereve!
The animal that stuck in our minds the most was the hyena, with its majestic gait.
And a mental photograph was clearly the giraffes against the light on the road that connects Masai mara and Serengeti! A trip full of dust and full of adventure.
Our guide was an incredible driver, we highly recommend any safari to be done with him, he had a GPS in his head and knew the tricks of the roads. We saw some cars stuck on the side of the road, sometimes with a flat tire, sometimes with a broken steering wheel. I was just wondering when will it be our turn? The roads are not at all friendly for cars, it takes a lot of esteem in the jeep and driving. It was interesting to realize that I had been going on safaris for over 2 years!

The lunches always tasted good, and the camp experience was authentic!
I didn't expect so much quality and service in the middle of nowhere, it's impressive.
Sleeping with the sound of animals was very beautiful!
In short, a dream trip!
Finally, Fredrick Director was very friendly and helpful, guiding our questions before booking the experience, which was a crucial point in giving us the trust and credibility of the company, as it is necessary to deposit the money before the trip,which we did to the bank before safari!
I can highly recommend Fantastic Adventure safari for future travellers!!

Excellent experience, highly recommended!
I traveled with my Brother Frank for the first time with Fantastic Adventure safaris. We felt safe and taken care of throughout our 3 days group joining safari . The owner of the company, Fredrick, ensured that all of our needs were met and we felt happy and safe.
We stayed for 2 nights in Masai Mara. Our tour guide was John. He was professional and knowledgeable about wildlife and locations. John was very perceptive and knowledgeable about Animals. He did his best to ensure that we are happy.
The the camp we stayed at were great: friendly staff, delicious food and comfortable accommodation.
I highly recommend Fantastic Adventure Safaris. This company provides high-quality service !

Maasai mara miti mingi Eco camp is definitely a great choice of comfort-level accommodation. It is located high on the slopes of the Oloolaimutia Hills. It was one of the first safari tented budget camp to be built in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, a reason why its gardens and trees are so lush and mature. All the tents follow the design of traditional African round houses with conical roofs, and these stretch along the line of the hills with the impressively large public area.

"Delivered a well -planned itinerary but should come out clear on resident park fee"
I joined group of six people from Homa bay to Masai Mara, for 3 days 2 nights,so we were 7 people in total, 6 of us were foreigner from USA, and I was the only Kenya citizen, I was charged non resident rate for the first time,then later on when I complained and call Frederick from Nairobi office,I he called our guide and told him to refund me some money back,I think they should have given me resident rate from the begining.
Our guide for the tour,Kasain sensei, was absolutely perfect.
Through out the trip,he was punctual, showed dedication,and adjusted the itinerary flexible to ensure it wasn't too tiring for us.His driving was both quick and reliable, marking us feel safe the entire time.
During the game drives,he got us as close as possible to the animals and plants,allowing us to capture amazing photos. Ours Land cruiser was among the first to enter and last to leave Masai Mara National Reserve.
Despite it's not being peak season,he went above and beyond to help us see as many animals as possible.Notably, our Vehicles was the first to spot a leopard, one of rarest of the Big 5.Kasaine also has a keen photography.If you're lucky enough to have him as your guide you're sure to get some incredible shots! Being a Maasai himself, he has extensive knowledge of the region and wildlife.At each location,he seemed well connected and we had the unique experience of being guided by the chief's son in Maasai village.
Fredrick,who coordinate our booking,was prompt and friendly, ensuring that everything we requested and promised was delivered smoothly, from the initial arrangements through to the end of the tour.
I was initially nervous, especially since this trip was with my friends but Kasaine and Frederick made our time truly unforgeable.
My friends expressed their gratitude, saying they hadn't expected such an incredible experience.If you're looking for quality safari at a reasonable price,I highly recommend Fantastic Adventure Safaris.

Pushy, not keeping the itenary, not keeping agreements
The safari experience was perfect. We saw all the big 5’s and lot of animals. However Frederic the tour operator was very annoying with his pushy style, and also he changed the itinerary but he forgot to say it. Our price was $650*2, we paid the deposit which was $200, and when we paid the rest in Euro they overcharged us with $25. And when we realized he put us in a cheaper group and ask for refund he started to negotiate and when we agreed after 3 times he started again, he forced us if we don’t give 5* for him we don’t get back the difference, and we got the refund almost a day after, when I told him he will get one star if he won’t pay it back. Hopefully the operator will learn from his faults and mistakes.

Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful experience with us during your 4 days Mara Nakuru ,to start with, its good you have admit that your experience was fantastic even though there was loopholes which is needed to work on, honestly the exchange rate $ $ to Euros due vary with market rate, if may be on your traveling date the exchange rate was lower or higher which made you to loose $25 , I want to politely advice you that it was not our fault, we don't have control over market rate, besides that, when comes to your refund ,we finalized everything with you around 9pm and the following day which was your last day, I talk with your guide and you were having your money after game drive in Nakuru before lunch time.

"Bait-and-switch on lodging"
I and my brother Jacob book 3 days safari with this company,all money was paid in cash on the day of travel, Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this operator. We were sold a package promising at Mara Jambo or comparable. What we got was Miti Mingi tented camp, under construction and it books at about half the price of Mara Jambo. When we voiced our dissatisfaction, we ware told that no bookings were available at the former, which a quick Internet search proved to be false. Owner Fredrick refund us less than half of the difference between the room prices,we were also to sleep in twin room but on the first day, we were put in triple room,and the second day is when we ware put in twin room as per our request!

Evan after refunding you some Money back you are still not certifire, please accept our apology, as we discuse with you in our office after safari, we try our best to get you accommodation at Mara Jambo safari Lodge as per your request or similer but due to high demend becasue of highseason we were not able to get you twin room at Mara Jambo,altarnativly we manage to get you accommodation at Miti Mingi tented camp since there was no other alternative, I think we discuse this with you and we came to conclution and refunded the different without problem.
We are so sorry. We’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail and we regret that we missed the mark.

We went on a 3-day private safari in Kenya this june and chose Fantastica Adventure safaris after contacting several tour companies. Their excellent reviews, reasonable pricing, and outstanding communication made them stand out—and we’re so glad we chose them.
From the very first inquiry, we were assisted by Fredrick our Personal Journey Designer. She was incredibly kind, polite, and professional. Fredrick responded promptly to every message and carefully crafted our itinerary. Even when we requested a last-minute change to the schedule, she handled it smoothly and efficiently. It was our first time in Africa and Kenya, and although we were a bit nervous, Fredrick support gave us complete peace of mind.
In Kenya, we were guided by Denise, a veteran with over 20 years of experience. He took care of us throughout the trip with safe driving, impressive wildlife knowledge, and great communication with other guides to ensure we saw as many animals as possible. He not only helped us spot a wide variety of animals, but also shared fascinating insights into their behavior, Kenyan culture, traditions, and religions. Thanks to him, we had an incredibly enriching and enjoyable 3 days.
Above all, Dennis is a genuinely kind, warm-hearted, and wonderful person. His personality made the entire trip even more special, and we truly believe we wouldn’t have enjoyed it as much without him. A friend of ours said they didn’t get to see many animals on their safari—so it’s clear how important the guide is. Deniss humbly said we were lucky, but we know it was all thanks to him.
We highly recommend Fantastica Adventure , and if you book with them, we strongly suggest requesting Dennis as your guide. He made our trip truly unforgettable.
