Incredible safari, great tour company and good communications
After extensive research and consideration, I decided to go on my first-ever safari with Pilgrimage Safaris in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, and I have no regrets. From the very beginning, the communication with Nowatus was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and always made sure to organize the best tour for me. Nowatus is a kind and trustworthy person, and I had the chance to get to know him a bit better during a ride to Moshi right after my safari. I'm happy to support him through my booking, knowing the money is going to good hands, which was important to me before booking my safari.
I opted for a budget camping safari, and it was an incredibly thrilling experience. I was fortunate enough to see all of the Big 5, which is not always guaranteed. Our guide, Zuma, was undoubtedly one of the best guides in Tanzania and made sure that we had a truly unique experience. As a solo traveler, it was important for me to be part of a great group, and Nowatus did an excellent job placing me with an international group that grew very close over the three days. We had so much fun together, and I'm grateful to have shared this unique experience with them.

We had a lovely and life-changing safari experience with Tanzania Pilgrimage Safaris. I felt like I was in a National Geographic documentary observing the animals in their natural habitat. Our guide and driver was eager to share his knowledge about the fauna and flora we were encountering. He made sure we would have a positive experience in collaboration with our safari consultant, with whom we were in contact anytime we needed anything.
A very positive fact that I would like to mention is that when I forgot a gift at one of the lodges of the park and when I realised it we were already heading out of the park, the managing team back at Arusha made every effort to find and transfer the gift back Arusha (where we were heading to) on time. This was a precious moment for me as I didn't lose the beautiful object I had bought as a souvenir and it is not a given that everyone could have done for me.
In general, the tour operator made sure that everything was rolling smoothly for us. Also, when an accommodation happened to be overbooked they managed to find us another lodge, which happpened to be super luxurious, which we were not expecting of course.
This was a shared safari with 4 more people apart from my friend and I, and it turned out very fun and comfortable.
I recommend the Tanzania Pilgrimage Safaris. Our guide and driver tried to take us everywhere and see all the animals possible. Final point is the selection of lodges within Serengeti park, which were an experience by themselves and really very nice and cute.
Amazing experience, start to finish
My husband and I had the best experience, from booking until the end of the safari experience. Novatus was so communicative, responsive and helpful throughout the entire experience; which was important for us being unfamiliar with going on a safari. If we get a chance to do another safari, we will 100% book through Tanzania Pilgrimage Safaris.

Definitely a once in a lifetime experience! Tanzania Pilgrimage Safaris was a great fit for us. They took care of us on a 360 degrees, from the WiFi, to the SIM card, passing by the pick up and drop off, plus any clarification we needed during our 4 days safari.

Service, kindness and patience
Since the beginning, including the planning of the tour, they were very patient, kindly, comprehensive and always supportive. They planned for us several options so my family and I can decided, the food they provided delicious, the accommodations accordingly to the plan were clean and comfortable, and the guida tour called mosha was the best, incredible person, always ready to help. Ee truly loved Tanzania, it’s a beautiful country full of nature and the most incredible national park of all serengeti. Yo won’t regret if you plan your trip with them. We love Tanzania!!

Perfect atention to details and humanity!
Joel and Novatus looked after me like a brother would do. They were welcoming, friendly and very kind since the first moment. They helped me a lot when my bag didn't arrive to the airport and I started the safari with no bag. Took me to buy some clothes and when my bag arrived they sent it to me. Last day we had a great time visiting Arusha and I felt like at home with them. Overall safari was great and our driver Hamsa and chef Joshep were great. Such a pleasure to met and be served by such an amazing team. Only thing I would change is the air company because Precision Air has so much trouble to be on time. If you change flight company I would recommend you to any of my friends and family, and if you don't I would also do it. Haha Asante Sana Rafikis. My brothers from a different mother. Great experience, safe safari
The experience was really good, we decided for this company and from the first moment the communication was fluid to organize a safari tailored to what we wanted in budget and accommodation and parks. Our guide was Agustino and I don't think there is a better guide than him, you can tell that he enjoys his job because he gives information about all the animals we see and he worries about the group enjoying themselves, a machine of a man. Some days we had to wait longer than usual to start the game drive, but that was due to other clients. We saw many animals and the Big 5, we go home with a great experience. Thanks to the guide Agustino, Novatus and team.

Very professional tour operator
Everything was handled very professionally, Novatus answered all our mails directly and was very helpful throughout the trip. He picked out very nice accommodations and the driver was very experienced. We had warm lunch all days. Unforgettable time with wildlife
Visiting Tanzania Safari frdm Tokyo, Japan. A lot of thanks to the guide, we completed the Big fives plus cheetah and popular animals. The whole procedure from booking to the transportation to the airport was very smooth and comfortable. Really appreciate Joel and Samson!! Food and accommodation were also great, surely worth visiting again.
