Fully satisfied with the tour.
We collected details of many safari tour groups from the internet. The first group we contacted by e-mail was Leo Beast of Nairobi, Kenya. Lizzy Manzi of Leo Beast answered all our questions precisely and in a timely fashion with innumerable good early suggestions. So, we decided to stick to Leo Beast and bought 10-day safari trip and soon realized that the price of the trip was significantly lower than similar tours posted by other international tour groups. Moreover, very little we paid in advance and most of the money were paid on the day of the trip. During the first day of the safari tour in comfortable Toyota Land Cruiser 4X4 off-road vehicle, we saw innumerable wild life including 3 of big 5 i.e. elephant, lion and buffalo. We also saw 5 lionesses eating a freshly hunted wildebeest. In the 2nd day of the tour, we saw 4 of big 5 i.e. a leopard eating a hunted impala in the top of a tree. In the third day, we saw the 5th of big 5 i.e. rhinos. We were amazed to see several lions and lionesses walking in the streets along with our vehicle at Lake Nakuru. On sixth day, we entered Tanzania through Namanga border. There was change in driver, vehicle and passengers as many booked for 5-day trip of either Kenya or Tanzania. We enjoyed the company of like-minded fellow travelers from Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Belgium and Greece. In Serengeti, we saw many lion cubs of the sizes of a cat. We saw elephants hiding their small babies in big grass to protect them from predators. We also saw 3 cheetahs siblings chasing a rabbit and one of them got it and ate it alone without sharing with his siblings. View of Ngorongoro Crater was gorgeous where we saw two wildebeests engaged in fight. In a nutshell, in our 10-day trip in early August we saw more animals than we ever expected and highly recommend Leo Beast for Safari tours of Kenya and Tanzania.

Beyond expectations
From our first exchanges until the end of the Safari, Lizzy and the team of Leobeast have been simply fantastic.
Planning: we received a clear, highly informative and transparent offer, the few questions we had were promptly answered and further support was provided to help us prepare for the trip (info on VISA requirements, Hotels suggestions in Nairobi for our extra nights, info on currency/exchange rates, etc.).
The amount indicated in the offer is FINAL, no hidden costs, no surprises, you just need to budget some extras for the tips and your own souvenirs if you wish so.
The tour: everything that was planned happened without any deviation, or unforeseen change. All activities, transfers, accommodations and meals were exactly those described in the offer, and our driver/guide would brief us daily on the plans for the following day. We always felt we were in good hands with super friendly but professional staff.
We traveled during the low season (which was amazing!) and we received twice a free upgrade of our accommodations!
Our positive feedback also applies with the correspondent in Tanzania and the staff working there.
The only moment we needed assistance during the trip (we needed a sim card), Lizzy managed from Nairobi to arrange this for us, and in 1 hour we had someone in the hotel who delivered the sim!
Once again, I can only recommend this tour operator, we are extremely happy as the safari itself is a magic experience, and Leobeast did everything to make it smooth, so that we could really get the most of out it.

Very reliable, timely reply to messages, and help answer all kinds of questions.
I booked a nine-day trip to Kenya and Tanzania from Lizzy. Lizzy helped answer my questions in detail before departure. When I arrived in Kenya, everything was well arranged. I didn't need to consider about anything. My travel experience was really good, I saw all the BIG FIVE and hunting scene. The safari driver were also very responsible and actively tried to help us find animals. I had a very unforgettable Safari experience in East Africađđđ.

The guide Robert was super knowledgeable about biology and behavior of savannah animals - but also very knowledgeable about politics, economics and the situation in many of the African countries. He is a very pleasant person.

Awesome safari and very good communication!
Lizzy at Leobeast is a charm, I would recommend anyone to book with her đ She communicated clearly and respectfully, gave me all the information I needed and also plenty of time to make my decision. On top of this, Leobeast offered very good value for money.
I enjoyed a 5-day budget safari (Maasai Mara - Nakuru - Naivasha) as a solo traveller in a group joining setting. We were with 6 tourists in the Land Cruiser, combined via different tour agencies. This worked very well.
The driver, Moses, was very skilled and knowledgeable. We felt perfectly safe with him behind the wheel and he was always kind and patient with us when we had questions or needed some explanation about the schedule for the next days.
The accomodation in the budget tour exceeded my expectations. The Lenchada Camp at Maasai Mara was very nice, with tents covered by a proper roof and equipped with private shower and toilet. The hotels in Nakuru and Naivasha were excellent. I would only recommend a medium-level tour over budget if you really want to have the lodge experience every night. But even then you need to be aware that you're spending very little time there as you're mostly up and about between 6 and 7 in the morning anyway.

Incredible experience, smooth and great value
We would strongly recommend Leobeast Tours and Safaris to anyone who is visiting East Africa.
My partner and I did a 10-day safari in Kenya and Tanzania where we visited some of the top national parks in the world and were fortunate enough to make memories that will last us a lifetime. Our amazing experience was largely thanks to the team at Leobeast, especially Lizzy, who also communicated clearly and effectively with us throughout the entire journey that helped put any worries to rest and made the entire experience flow so smoothly. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had in a prompt, professional manner and even helped us exchange money on arrival in Kenya. The logistics behind the tour were also excellent, we felt incredibly fortunate we booked with Leobeast as some of our fellow travellers weren't so lucky. Do be aware that you will likely change vehicles (but still a Land Cruiser the whole time) and/or fellow passengers throughout the journey; this is what all the safari companies do, and in our experience, made the trip even more memorable as we got to meet people from all over the world!
Our driver in Kenya, Brian, was also excellent. He was very knowledgeable and skilled at anticipating animals' movements to position our vehicle for the best views while also being respectful and mindful of these beautiful wild creatures.
The team at Leobeast all do a fantastic job and we highly recommend them. Though they are a small and new company, they go above and beyond to create a truly unforgettable travel experience.

Lizzy was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available from the very first moment. The safari program was simply amazing, a truly breathtaking journey through some of the most beautiful parks, where we could experience nature in its purest and wildest form.
Our guide, Joshua, was absolutely fantastic. With constant enthusiasm and energy, he took us to the best spots and made sure we could see and fully appreciate all the wildlife, including the famous Big Five. His knowledge, passion, and dedication made a huge difference in the experience.
The lodges where we stayed were outstanding. All of them were of great quality and located very close to, or even inside, the parks, which made the whole safari feel even more immersive.
In summary, this was one of the best trips of my life. I would also like to highlight the incredible warmth and friendliness of the Kenyan people, which made the journey even more special.
Highly recommended. An experience I will never forget.

Magic safari
At the beginning, during preparation for the safari, the organisers were always in touch, answered all our questions, gave detailed descriptions.
It's impossible to pay by card in Russia, but we were pleasantly surprised when the organisers offered to pay right before the trip.
Excellent logistics, we were picked up right from the hotel, we didn't have to go anywhere on our own.
And then our incredible, action-packed safari began. Our driver/guide was Francis, who was very friendly, funny, and attentive to our requests. We are very grateful to him for this safari â¤ď¸.
We took a four-day tour that included Mamai Mara and Lake Nakuru. We had many positive experiences in the reserves themselves. As for accommodation, Mamai Mara gets quite cold at night and early in the morning, so we recommend bringing warm clothes, especially if you choose to stay in a camp. The food was good everywhere.
There were a lot of wild animals, it is incredible to consider them from such a close distance. Like we're in National Geographicâs wildlife movie. It's fantastic.
After the safari, the company organised a transfer to the airport. It's very nice that the company goes out of its way to accommodate its clients.
If any of our friends are planning a safari in Kenya, we would be happy to recommend Leobeast Tours & Safaris.
