Dream Work Through Team Work
History was made in supporting Chaeli Mycroft to become the 1st quadraplegic female to summit Kilimanjaro. What amazing partners Discover Africa are! Great communications from home team ensured that getting to Tanzania happened without a hitch. The arduous Kili Climb itself took many months of planning, logistical preparation - and Carel Verhoef was a brilliant Team Leader. The website created to document this epic adventure invited the world to share this historical experience in real time. Thank you, Discover Africa - you guys ROCK! Thank you for making this amazing adventure a reality and for ensuring that Team Awesome - including Chaeli - realised their Dream of reaching Uhuru Point. And a special word of thanks in bringing all of them safely home again!

Professional, well organised excellent knowledge of destination .
Although our safari was very expensive for us as South Africans we were satisfied that we got a value for money experience. It was a once in a lifetime safari. Knowledgeable, professional guides - experience far beyond our expectations. They were prepared to go the extra mile to satisfy our needs. The accommodation very well situated/ chosen to give us an optimum wildlife experience.

I am glad to say all of us are very happy and satisfied with trip arrangements.
I am giving below my feedback about all aspect of the trip from 24th May to 5th June, 2016.
a) Accommodation at Johannesburg, Victoria Falls, Skukuza Rest Camp, Kruger National Park and Cape Town was well located with comfortable rooms as per our requirements.
b) Transfers and Tours at all places was on time and we did have not much of a problem.
c) Flights booked for various places were on time and we were able to maintain our schedule.
d) Two Dinner arrangements at Johannesburg and Cape Town was satisfactory.
I have only following comments which if amended will help other travelers:-
1) Guide at Victoria Falls was not very helpful. We had to spend some funds to cross the Bridge by walk. I am not sure why this was not included.
2) Kruger National Park - Safari timing during Morning and evening appears to be on fixed irrespective of seasonal variation. This resulted lots of time in movement in darkness which was a waste. This can be easily rectified if Kruger National Park changes Safari timings as per Sun rise and Sun set.
3) Wine Tour at Cape Town should have been included. You ultimately accommodated us at an extra cost.
I once again like to convey my sincere gratitude and thanks to you and Discover Africa for arranging this wonderful trip for eight Senior Citizens from India and UK having ages 70+.
I shall definitely recommend Discover Africa and particularly you whenever any of my family and friends plans trip to South Africa and nearby countries.

Amazingly diverse safaris in Botswana - first by boat then by jeep - doesn't get any better!
After shopping around for a couple of months, Discover Africa was the one who had the most diverse options for the price. Megan Warrington always responded quickly and was professional and patient with my endless questions. Discover Africa teamed up with some wonderful tour providers who were truly dedicated to providing the best possible experience for their clients. I will be recommending Discover Africa to my friends who have a safari on their bucket list!

Spectacularly Customized Honeymoon Experience with Discover Africa
Discover Africa was the only tour operator I reached out to who wanted to have a Skype conversation to get to know more and my husband & my tastes and preferences. Megan Warrington was wonderful to work with - she crafted our activities and accommodations to our requests and everything went very smoothly while we were on the trip. She was very prompt at answering many of our questions leading up to the trip, and she made a few changes we wanted very easily.

Trip of a Lifetime (Cape Town, Kruger Area, Victoria Falls)
Megan and Discover Africa did an amazing job helping us plan our trip. During the trip we kept thinking man are we glad that we didn't have to think about planning that. We booked over 16 months prior to our trip and were planning 3 months prior to that. Any and all questions were answered in a timely manner, any accommodations that we asked for were planned, shuttles were on time. Basically everything that one would ask for from a safari operator we received. Also we had a snafu with luggage and flight delay getting out of the US that we called on the day of and they took care of everything on the backend to a new hotel we needed, to letting our hotel know we wouldn't be there, to telling our rental car company that we wouldn't be there. We are already talking about returning to South Africa in the future, and we will be calling Discover Africa again to help us book!

Wonderful service and great adventures!
Our travel consultant was knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive! I really appreciated the suggestions and the way she was willing to go the extra mile to ensure our trip was perfect.
