Wonderful trip
With my friend we spend 3 days with the two best guides of Tanzania. Our Driver, Idris knows the spots perfectly to find animals, He comes up close to allow us to take the best pictures. Obviously he is a good driver but he knows also all animals and gives many facts (fun, original and little-known) on them. Our second guide, Stefano, find many animals for us but he knows also all the stories about them, why they eat this plant, why they live here etc
Our two guides were so kind, friendly and professional. If you want to live an unforgettable experience you are in the right place and in good hands!
I just want to say Thank you to my two amazing guides, Idris and Stefano for these 3 days, I Will remember this trip for the rest of my Life.

I highly recommend Safari with this travel agency. Our guide Isaya did a perfect job. We saw a lion! Something fabulous. He told us a lot about the life of animals and the life of people in Tanzania. we also visited a Maasai village. Worth the experience. We had accommodation at Camp Bastien. clean, tasty meals, swimming pool. Transfer from the airport and to the ferry included in the price. Unlimited number of soft drinks. wonderful experience. I recommend Safari with Camp Lilac Mikumi to everyone.

Couldn't expect a better service
Great service, they took us from the airport, provided decent place to sleep and eat 3x day during the 3 day stay and dropped off at the ferry.
First day after the transit to mikumi included visiting a Maasai Village, the second was full day at the safari and the 3rd transportation to the ferry.
Our guide Isaya was very professional with wide knowledge about safari and animals, also the difficult travel in harsh environmental conditions felt very safe and comfortable. The car they used to transport us from the airport was big and very comfortable, the 2nd one used at the safari was off-road Nissan Patrol.

One of the best services I've ever used in my entire life.
By far one of the best experiences of my entire life.
From the impeccable service to booking, to the guide service.
On the first day we visited the Maasai tribe, which was surreally cool.
On the second day, of game day, we were lucky to have a super prepared, fun and intelligent guide, who guided us early through the savannah.
The place we stayed was very wonderful, super comfortable room, warm shower, and a very beautiful living space with wifi.
We had the great opportunity to see a mother lion with her cubs, and even leopards sleeping in trees (something that was only possible thanks to the experience of our guide).
I recommend this company with my eyes closed!!!
Even when we had a problem with the payment on the card, they were super helpful, kind and helped us resolve it as smoothly as possible.
I don't think there are enough words to thank you for this sensational experience they provided us.

Everything was well managed, I received notifications about my next schedule before even I ask.
All staff were very nice and friendly, on time in all occasions. Frank is intelligent and knowledgeable. Nuhu, he has knowledge and he does all his effort for his guests. But very natural and friendly😊 he shared his experience which was very nice. he was The best safari guide ever 😃
The downside were the lack of wifi, no coffee in the morning, only tea. One choice of beer, only alcohol they have was beer.
Above all, I think the friendliness of the staff is what makes the lodge so great 😊

Nuhu was so good and pleasant
The camp is really amazing with good facilities and quiet ambience inside the forest. Customer service was also good. I feel to find the location it’s a bit tricky so if you can set up sign boards it will be easy. Overall it’s a good place.

Had a great experience with them!!❤️❤️ they have good communication and always made sure we were safe. The game drive guide Nuhu, what can I say?? He was so knowledgeable, good character and had a chill and nice vibe that really fits the guest that wants to learn the smallest details!! He was just amazing🥳 the cottage we stayed in was very nice, beautifully placed in the middle of nowhere in the woods. If anything, the lack of bathrobe, WiFi and hot water made me choose a 4 instead of a 5. But overall I’m soooo happy with camp lilac❤️❤️❤️

Great communication
Good experience! Great planning and communication. We felt that we were very well taken care of the whole time. All the logistics worked good. Staff very sweet. ESPECIALLY NUHU ❤️❤️❤️ NUHU is the best game drive guide! Very educated and speaks good English. And if you want to hear a good story, ask him about his life ❤️ besides that the room can need an upgrade- no WiFi and dirty bedsheets. Otherwise wonderful!
