We saw everything~
5/5

ETA is really a professional travel agency during my 6 days safari.

Communication between us and ETA is very fluent and they provide us with the best quality service. (E.g. they support WeChat payment for Chinese citizens)

The price is also reasonable, all accommodations these days are just so nice, like Villa in the village or Lodge close to the national park.

The rour itself is absolutely gorgeous 😍! We saw all kinds of animals and the mountain top of Kilimanjaro! Also,a lot of birds in the lake naivasha.

Excellently professional

Eta Adventures truly exceeded my expectations. Everything was handled with exceptional professionalism, from securing my visa to booking hotels and seamlessly organizing an exciting safari across three diverse regions of Kenya( Masai Mara, Nakuru, Amboselii). The trip was well-coordinated, and the support was reliableβ€”our coordinator was always available on WhatsApp and responded promptly to every query. When I had a minor issue with my safari tent, it was resolved immediately with an alternative arrangement. I highly recommend Eta Adventures for their efficiency, professionalism, and budget-friendly services.

Very professional service, very thoughtful, emotional value

When I was a kid, I watched the great migration of African animals on CCTV4 International Channel. I never thought that one day I would stand on this land and watch it up close. At the age of 26, I gave myself a visual feast. When the animal documentaries I watched as a kid were truly presented in front of my eyes, the extreme shock was beyond words.

We had a 6 days tour in Kenya and 4 days in Tanzania. Visited Masai Mara, lake Nakuru and Amboseli. Or Guide Dennis is very aggressive and fast driver in looking for animals. We have saw all the big five animals in the first and second day. Accommodations in tent is preliminary as we are on budget tour. Local food here is a bit salty and dry here. In Tanzania we cover Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We had our guide Hozza is a very experience guide and has eagle eyes in spotting for animals. He shares his knowledge on animals’ habitat. Our Chef Kisaodi cooks according to our taste. Tried Ugali for the first time. Recommended for a try for local food. Toilet is clean in all parks. Sleeping bags were not so clean as we slept in the tent, preferable to bring own sleeping bag. Overall, we have good view of animal’s habitat in different parks with diverse scenery for photography.

They will provide you tour that suit you
4/5

Before I talk with Derrik who was in charge of my tirp, I thought I have to chose tour from what they provide. However after I told him what I am interested in and what I want to do, he made a itinerary for me. Therefore, I could use most of the time for what I want to do.
When I need some help during tour, I asked Derrik with what's app and he will reply me immediately and solve the problem. If you will do late check out, it is better to check with company and hotel. I did late check out twice but both hotels didn't know about it.
I went to Lake Naivasha, Maasai Mara, Lake Nakulu, Amboseli, Tsavo west and east, Mombasa. I saw 4/5 big fave in Maasai Mara. There was plenty of animal such as lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant, giraffe, zibra, buffalo and some kinds of antelope. It was hard to find leopard and cheetah but how my tour guide, Eddie communicate with other guides and drove to the place was amazing. He has a lot of knowledge of animal and his prediction about animal's next action was amazing. He drove to the place that we could see animal yet won't disturb other people. I enjoyed so much in Maasai Mara and if you are animal person, you should go to Maasai Mara. I did full two days game drive, but since it was too good, I wanted to do three days.
In Lake Nakulu, I saw a white rhyno and beautiful sunset. If you love an elephant, Amboseli is the best place. I even saw baby elephant and he was so cute. Lake Naivasha was more "be with nature trip" than see the animal. Tsavo is huge and because of season(grass was too high), I could't see cheetah but my tour guide told me we can find them in another season. For me to see the beautiful scenary is the most memorable thing in Tsavo. I saw some water places that looks like the water place from lion king that pumba is drinking water. Mombasa has beautiful beach. Staff in my hotel which is Reef hotel, were very nice and friendly. Even thouogh I spent my birthday there by myself, I had a great day and they were very warm people. Mombasa has very strong sun. I had a terrible sun burn even though I applied sun cream and was staying the shade. It is better to bring after sunburn cream or gel.
I was traveling by myself and I experienced private tour and group tour. In group tour, I made some friends and have a wonderful time with them. However, I had different interest with others. I couldn't say anything about that, so I had to wait a lot of time. In private tour, I could use my time in game drive whatever I want, but I felt lonely. I think both have a pros and cons and I'm so happy that I could experienced both side.
Overall, I had a great time in Kenya. They arraged my birthday surprises and city tour for my need( which is done hair braided, shopping and nail art) too. Thank you for everyone who was involved in my beautiful 17 days in Kenya. I know it is not cheap but it is totally worth it. My dream came true.

Amazing budget safari
5/5

I'm so glad I booked with Eta Adventure Safaris! I was a little worried because I had reached out to many tour providers and Eta was cheaper than every single other provider. However, I found them to be just as professional as more expensive safari providers in other countries that I had worked with before. Chanson from their office was exceptionally fast and checked in many times to make sure we didn't need anything. Our driver from the airport, Gilbert, was also very prompt and communicative. Our tour guide, Dennis, also managed to overcome some seriously flooded roads. Of course, traveling in remote regions of Africa means you have to expect the unexpected and plan for delays, but I felt everyone I interacted with did their best to make the experience great. They even provided tasty vegetarian food!

Dennis was great, especially when he had to navigate the flooded, muddy roads post rain.
5/5

Our tour was great! Despite the heavy rain which caused muddy roads, we had an amazing time and our driver navigated these roads like a pro! Our driver seemed to know where all the good spots to spot animals were at and we even mangaed to see a family of Cheetahs on both days! This was a great experience and definitely worth the price!

Very responsible, punctual and reliable
5/5

Because I was an alone girl it was very important for me to join a trustable group and after searching many safaris I decided to contact this group. From the very first they were cooperative and helpful and they led me step by step to get online visa and check my flights with me. After arriving to the airport they came and picked me and went to the office and I saw the office and very welcoming staff πŸ™ƒ.
And my safari started with other people from other countries like Spain, USA and Germany. I loved our group and especially our driver Muses that was a great driver, very polite and responsible and he tried his best that we could see many animals from the very near to the car. I spent 8 days safari and saw many beautiful places in Kenya and even I spent 2 nights beside the beach in mombasa and I can say Kenya is paradise and the people who live there are from heaven ❀️
Don't miss visiting Kenya and don't miss this nice , professional and reliable group πŸ‘ πŸ‘
