Best Safari we have ever taken.
I have zero complaints. The logistics were handled professionally and competently by the the E-Trip staff. All questions were answered promptly and accurately. The itinerary provided describing accommodations and tours were accurate. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and really friendly. We felt like we were wanted. We never felt to be a burden and the requests we made were either accommodated or politely explained why they could not be. The Safari Guide was extremely knowledgeable about the the parks we visited, he knew animal behaviors, names, statistics and much more. The trip exceeded our expectations. I wil use this company again and refer them.

Honeymoon
We had a wonderful honeymoon in Kenya and Tanzania thanks to E-trip Africa. Ben adjusted the program until all our wishes were fulfilled and he kept in mind our budget. The bush-breakfast was a lovely experience. Good job!

Trip of a lifetime
After an amazing first day, I wondered how could it get better........ it did. Briiliant scenery made me feel like I was on a movie set. Ali and Jep's knowledge and eyesight was exceptional, and great to have the additional library in the truck. Accomodation was also excellent . Highly recommend

An amazing, once in a lifetime experience made easy by the fantastic organisation of E Trip Africa.
When we were organising the trip, E Trip Africa always responded quickly to our questions and requests for information. Travelling in 3rd world countries can be challenging but everything went incredibly smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The guides took care of everything, were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and in spite of it being the end of long season nothing seemed too much trouble. We learnt so much from them. Thank you Ali and Jeph.
All in all it was way better than we could ever have imagined. h

Beyond expectations.
Ben and Aurelie responded within 24 hours to all my queries which aided me in making decisions about the trip and my ability to complete it well. Planning was detailed and well executed. Our driver/guides were very knowledgeable and professional. They were committed to ensuring that we had the best experience possible. The library on each vehicle added to our enjoyment and the binoculars were a fantastic addition - better than the ones we had taken.

Amazing life experience
I wish I could rate higher that five stars. Ben Jennings and company are amazing in the quality and extensive details of the planning of our trip. They worked with us to plan a highly customized trip to Tanzania and to Zanzibar. We went back in forth via email over the details, and they got everything worked out perfectly, so this was a once in a lifetime trip. The lodges, camps, local plane trips, and everything was worked out to my total satisfaction. Our driver (David M.) was amazing as well. The safari truck was equipped with binoculars, water, books on the animals, and an amazing driver. We saw every animal that we had hoped to see, except for the black Rhino. My wife took over 6 thousand pictures.
Please contact Ben to schedule a trip of a lifetime.

Uganda Primates, Safari and Relaxation
E Trip Africa were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. It really felt like Ben was organising a bespoke experience to fit our needs, rather than just an 'off the shelf' package. He came up with great suggestions and helped us to make decisions on the various options. Organised internal flights, transfers and guides - as well as accommodation.
Our driver David was excellent, really knowledgeable and a nice guy to talk to informally too. The hotels and lodges were really good, particularly Nkuringo Gorilla Lodge and Mhingo Lodge stood out.
Of course, the highlight was the Mountain Gorilla trek (23km, 7 hours of quite hard walking, but totally worth it). The game drives in Queen Elizabeth were also excellent, as well as the Chimpnazees in Kibale, and the Boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel.
It was our honeymoon, and probably the best holiday we've ever had.

Brilliant Trip - Brillant Service
Our safari with E-trip was fantastic - good accommodation, vehicles, great drivers and so many animals.
It far exceeded my expectations.
We enjoyed dealing with Ben and Auriele on the booking. With a once in a lifetime trip like this there was lots of to-ing and fro-ing with questions and changes. They also reply promptly and were excellent to deal with.
I thoroughly recommend doing a safari and doing it with e-trip Africa.

I have always dreamt of going to Africa and my trip exceeded all my expectations by a factor of 10.
Our guide, Paul, enhanced our experience immeasurably. His knowledge base is phenomenal. The facts he has stored in his mind about the animals, insects, trees, reptiles, flowers and most especially about the birds could fill volumes. He shares that knowledge in a warm gracious manner even when asked for the ninth time to id the same bird. He provided insight into the culture and practices of the people, especially the Maasai and some history of the country, He is a skilled driver. Paul's enthusiasm and love of nature made every discovery all the more incredible. He was so considerate in making every effort to meet our wishes. He is a consummate professional with wonderful people skills. Paul will absolutely be an asset to any organization fortunate enough to have him on their staff. I was also struck by many other aspects of our trip such as the density, proximity and diversity of the wildlife. -The magnificence of the endless plains, vistas and the unique environment of Ngorongoro Crater. The soft spoken warmth of the people and consistent dazzle of the smiles given often and easily. -The tremendous variety of birds and the incredible range of sizes, shapes, colors - amazing and you could actually see them because of the openness of the terrain. The itinerary was so well planned and provided exposure to the wealth of varied experiences. We were very happy with all the lodges and tent camps you selected. Each one had their own individual flavor and the staff at each was very accommodating and gracious. The pre-trip communication was timely and efficient and I very much appreciated your assistance and input in coming up with our final itinerary. The packing list was great and very helpful to one who has never been on a safari. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone interested in going to Africa. There are a couple of items I thought you might consider. One, is providing visitors with reusable plastic lunch containers to eliminate the one-time cardboard boxes provided and maybe providing each person with a reusable water bottle (maybe with your logo on it) filled from one large bottle to cut down on the plastic bottles. The other frustration was trying to recharge camera batteries; if you could have an operational converter in the vehicle it would be great. I could go on and on and on about how incredible, fantastic, surreal, stupendous, unbelievable, over the top my adventure was but I'd still come up short. So asante sanna again and again.

Posted on Oct 19, 2016Dear Mary,
Thank you very much for your review. I am glad that you and Chris had an excellent safari and pleased that Paul was able to share his wealth of knowledge. I also appreciate your feedback. We are in the process of working on a system for reusable lunch boxes and reusable water bottles. It is quite a complex problem as we must also find a way to insure that sanitary conditions are maintained so that no one ends up with stomach problems during the trip. But we do share your vision of reducing the negative impacts on the environment and are dedicated to find a way to reduce the plastic waste from our safaris. I do also want to apologize that the inverter in the Land Cruiser was not working for most of your trip. Due to the dust and bumpy roads the inverters sometimes break. Most of the time we are able to repair them during the trip, but in this case Paul was not able to fix it and we have had to replaced the inverter. Thank you again for sharing your feedback and we do look forward to hosting you again in Africa.
