Great experience on 2-week safari to Kenya
We had an excellent experience working with Joseph and Henry on a 2-week itinerary that gave us opportunity to sample Kenya's diversity. Josero Tours was highly responsive to our needs and requests, and patient with us as we made numerous changes to the plan. Our guide, Charles, was truly excellent. He was able to tap into his vast experience to make sure we were able to see all the safari highlights we would expect on such a trip in Kenya - professional in every way, safe driver, knowledgeable on all the wildlife, attentive to our needs, and flexible. Our accommodations varied from standard hotels to tented villages, but in every location the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was good. All were ready for us upon checkin. Henry checked up on us regularly during the weeks we were actually in Kenya to make sure all was going according to our liking. We had a great trip, and can easily recommend Josero Tours for others.
Trustful safari experience, with great guide and planning
This safari was a wonderful experience. Our guide Charles was exceptionally great. He had a lot of experience and managed to show us all of the Big 5 and many more animals without ever rushing or being stressed at all. The tour was organized closely to our wishes and also spontaneous alterations could be made if we wanted to go on game drive a bit earlier or later, have lunch instead of picnic etc. Overall we can definitely recommend Josero Tours as the communication, payment etc were very professional and we felt safe and looked after at all times. If you book with them, ask if Charles is available. We couldn’t think of a better tour guide then him.

Fast and direct communication, friendly interaction, complete planning, flexible changes
We had a wonderful, exciting, adventurous, and impressive safari week in Kenya. Our goal was ambitious: we wanted to hike in Mount Kenya National Park and experience the breathtaking flora and fauna of the Maasai Mara. Josero Tours was one of the few tour operators offering this combination, and we quickly received a customized offer that perfectly matched our wishes:
Starting in Samburu National Park at the wonderful Sopa Lodge, the journey continued to the idyllic Forest Castle Lodge at 2,100 meters in Mount Kenya National Park. Lake Nakuru National Park revealed another fascinating facet of Kenya's natural beauty, before we experienced the vastness of the savannah in the Maasai Mara. A boat trip on Lake Naivasha rounded off the entire tour before we began our journey home.
Louis, our experienced safari driver, picked us up promptly from our hotel in Nairobi. Calmly and confidently, he guided us through the chaotic traffic of Nairobi and along every road and narrow path in all the national parks. Whether it was crossing riverbeds, navigating water or potholes, or encountering herds of cattle – nothing fazed him. We could simply sit back and enjoy the magnificent natural spectacle, either relaxing in the car or standing. He managed everything behind the scenes, ensuring an unforgettable safari experience. Wherever we went, Louis knew the rangers, the lodge staff, and the safari guides; everyone greeted him, and he exchanged a few friendly words with each of them. As a result, we never had any problems.
We are incredibly grateful for this exceptional travel arrangement and would book with Josero Tours again in a heartbeat.

Once in a life time, you should be here. I would definitely recommend my safari tour from the company Josero Tours and the best guide Roy! They helped me to make an unforgettable memory in Kenya, Josero Tours offered me with very good accommodations, especially Enkorok Mara Camp, I really enjoyed that luxury tent! I was always worrying about the safety, but when I came to Kenya, I found it was safe and sound. I would also thank Henry from Josero Tours for his kindly help. And our best guide Roy, he was very experienced about animals, he took us for a really long game drive from 5 AM to 18 PM to help us watch the pride family lions, elephants, black rhino, leopard and so many charming animals in such a close distance, and he really loved the animals that he would not bother them, we saw the big 5 within 2 days. It's really a fantastic tour, I shall be here again with my friends and family.
