Very helpful, polite respectful and always relaxed
We had a 4 days safari from Nairobi to Mombasa via Amboseli and Tsavo National Park.
We saw a lot of wildlife there and the road trip trough Kenya was a great experience !
Our operatior was always ins contact with us and with the guides.

Unforgettable Safari Experience in Tsavo
Our Safari in Kenya (Tsavo) was absolutely outatanding! Everything was perfectly organized and tailored to our needs, making the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We learned ao much about animals, plants and the natural beauty of Kenya - every moment educational as well as wxciting. Everything ran on time, they even helped us book a night safari and safari to Nairobi. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Kenya incredible wildlife.

Great service
Really good service, I booked with Black Santa from the UK before my trip to Diani Kenya. He picked me up from the airport and took me to my hotel and made sure I had all the information about my tour, and was available on WhatsApp for questions.
The tour itself was good and everything ran on time, I didn’t have to do anything once I got picked up from hotel, I was taken snorkelling, searching for dolphins, lunch at Wasini island and brought back by the driver. Although I didn’t see any dolphins due to the overcast sky, I did see some sea Turtles, and when snorkelling at the reef I saw plenty of tropical fish. The lunch was great and fresh and then I was brought back by the driver from black Santa tours.
All in all a great day, and would recommend any safari or tour with black Santa, very knowledgeable and hospitable guide.

Herbert was extremely knowledgeable, found all the right camps, and was great for finding the big 5.
The value was great for the experience. Between the Severin camp in the middle of Tsavo West, and a private plunge pool at Tsavo East, we had the best accommodations.
He helped us out with train tickets from Nairobi to Mombasa, and all in all, great guide, delivered on promise, and would book again.

I was apart of 5 21 year old girls who booked the 2 day and 1 night safari in Tsavo East national park. When I say it was the best two days of my time in Kenya I am not exaggerating. From the minute Herbert picked us up to the second he dropped us off, he made sure we were provided with everything we needed and made us feel so comfortable. As we are a group of young girls we were worried we wouldn’t feel safe, but we really shouldn’t have been worried as Herbert is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! For our night stay we stayed at Voi Wildlife Lodge and when we got there we were amazed by how nice it was. The whole weekend was such great value for money, and we honestly had the best time. I would recommend Black Santa Safaris to anyone who wants the most amazing experience

The Most Amazing 2 Days!
We had the most amazing 2 day and 1 night safari with Black Santa. We are a group of 5 girls travelling to Kenya for the first time and Herbert gave us the best experience we could have ever asked for. We felt so comfortable in his company and every detail was covered including drinking water in the van. Herbert picked us up right outside our first hotel and dropped us at our next hotel in another location when the safari was finished which made the whole process so much easier. For only a 2 day safari we saw so much, and were lucky enough to see some of the harder to find animals. The communication with Herbert was excellent throughout the entire planning process and the value for money is excellent. He is so knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had. We will never forget this experience and would absolutely recommend using Black Santa safari tours to anyone! Thanks so much again!

Well Organised friendly local Guide Company, Fantastic Experience
I was looking for a private overnight tour for 8 friends At short notice , from our ship to Tsavo East. Herbert responded quickly, bringing together his local knowledge and experience to meet my request. Herbert and Patrick picked us up early on the first day from Mombasa Port making it easy for all of us and maximising the limited time we had. Good organisation , spotting , and knowing Tsavo well meant we had 3 drives morning , evening and early morning, seeing lots of wildlife along with a stay at Voi wildlife lodge . The guys took great care of us making sure we were comfortable and safe. We also visited a Masai Village learning more about their ways and how they’ve are now schooling their children. Great experience
All went great.
Despite our initially booked lodge backseat unreachable due to floods in the very last minute, Black Santa managed to arrange another lodge lodge.
In terms of pricing, their proposal was much better vs another tour guide (similar itinerary and lodges).
Our guide James was very polite, responsive and did his best to make our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend.
