The safari experience is an amazing way to connect with nature and Africa.
My safari tour was unforgettable. The guides were knowledgeable, whether it was about the animals or the tribes I wanted to visit. They are friendly and feel like family. They made sure I saw wildlife up close, including lions, giraffes, elephants, wildebeest, baboons, cheetahs, monkeys, zebras, buffaloes, Rhinos, serval cats, various bird species, and many more animals.
I also had a chance to watch the sunset in the wild. I’m glad I chose them, and it is an unforgettable moment of a lifetime for me.

An unforgettable experience! Didas is the owner of the company, and believe me, he's a master of organization. From the pick-up at the Zanzibar hotel to the return to the hotel on the island, everything was perfect. They were so attentive to detail; we even had hot lunches in the middle of the savanna! Just wow! With our guide, Simon, we were able to see the Big Five. Thank you, Simon, for your patience, your keen eye, and your excellent driving on those sometimes challenging roads! They even celebrated my 60th birthday in a truly exceptional way. Thank you both, Didas and Simon, for making this trip an incredible experience!

We was met by the very friendly Didas and Michael and given our complimentary safari hats and shown to our land cruiser for 3 days of safari's and we went from there, Michael our driver and guide was great and very knowledgeable all in we loved it and feel we made an excellent choice in booking with Serengeti sunset safaris. An amazing 3 day, 2 night safari!
We had an amazing 3 day, 2 night safari with Serengeti Sunrise Safaris with our guide Michael.
Everything was smooth as soon as we contacted them to book. Didas was my point of contact and nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained fully.
Had an amazing experience, and a great stay at Eileen’s Tree Top lodge for 2 nights. Lovely hot lunches.
Michael was very informative and we enjoyed our time learning more about the wildlife and Tanzania.
10/10 would recommend to everyone! Thank you!

Awesome Organisation
We wanted to go on a safari in Tanzania and contacted Serengeti Sunrise Safaris.
Sharon, the communications manager, took the time to put together a tailor-made two-day private tour for us, offering excellent value for money, including booking flights, hotels, meals, and various services.
Upon arrival at Arusha airport, we were warmly welcomed and taken care of directly by the Serengeti Sunrise team, who took great care of us throughout our safari, responding to our wishes and ensuring our safety.
The vehicle used for our travel was comfortable, and our driver/guide, Jason, was extremely knowledgeable and dedicated.
We visited Tarangire National Park and Ngorogoro Crater, and thanks to our guide's keen observation skills, we were able to see a host of animals, including four of the Big Five.
We experienced a wonderful safari thanks to the Serengeti Sunrise Safari team, and we already know we'll be entrusting them with our next Serengeti migration safari.
Vehicle issues
We had a good safari experience overall, thanks especially to our driver, Hilary. He was extremely knowledgeable about wildlife, and was always willing to share interesting information.
However, I would like to express my concern regarding the condition of the vehicle. From the very beginning of the trip, the engine was making unusual noises, which made me feel that the vehicle may not have been properly inspected before departure. Unfortunately, the vehicle later experienced mechanical problems on the way back. We had to ask for other Safari company to give us a ride back.
As a safari company responsible for guests’ safety, I believe vehicles should undergo thorough safety inspections and maintenance before being used for tours. While I appreciate the company’s efforts to resolve the situation, this incident has left me concerned about the overall safety management procedures.
Hilary did an excellent job throughout the experience, and I am grateful for his dedication. I hope the company will take this matter seriously and strengthen its vehicle maintenance and safety checks to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

Exceptional
I would definitely book with them again, both with Didas and our guide (who spoke Spanish), Michael. From the first moment to the last, the service was incredible. As soon as we arrived, we needed to exchange money, and they didn't hesitate to take us to an office with a better rate. Didas was very attentive to all our needs, very efficient, and responded to our messages quickly. He also resolved any problems that arose.
Our guide Michael was a 10 out of 10 in every way. He was very punctual, attentive, friendly, and always tried to make sure we had a great time. He did everything he could to ensure we saw all kinds of animals during the safari. I would definitely book with them again.
We went there for our honeymoon and they personalized the Ferris wheel tarp with our wedding logo. They have water and soft drinks available whenever you need them, and the food is very good

Booking: I contacted them directly. Sharon, in Booking, is very professional and patient. I shopped around and changed my itinerary a few times and she remained respectful and professional.
Communication was great from my first inquiry to the end.
Our safaris guide was Rajab. He knows his stuff and is a great driver. He knows the parks very well and we were able to see a lot of animals. We went to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and did 2 cultural tours (Maasai Tribe, Hadzabe tribe and Datoga tribe) .
The owner, Didas, also accompanied us. The vibe was great. We had an amazing time, plenty of laughter and we learned a lot. Food was also great.
We learned a lot of facts about the animals, trees and culture. They thought us Swahili. They took pics and videos for us.
We got to see lions, elephants, cheetahs, buffalos, baboons, rhinos, monkeys, a Serval cat, Flamingos, Gazelles, Hippos, a ton of different birds and many more animals.
Bottom line is, if you're looking for a safaris company where you will learn and also have a good time, book them. Because it can get pretty tiring driving all day, so a great guide makes a big difference.
