Excellent value and quality tours with guides that will make you feel like family
From the moment we were picked up, we knew this safari would be a life changing trip. Our guide Steve immediately made it a priority to get to know us as people and we bonded instantly. Our flight was delayed by 24 hours and he worked diligently to rearrange our trip to be sure we didn’t miss any part of our itinerary. Steve knew our big goals of this trip were to see rhinos, to see a hunt, and see a leopard. He made all three of those goals happen!! It was very clear that he was just as excited as we were each time we met one of our goals. His knowledge of the wildlife is impressive. We were confident that we were with an expert. Steve knew photography was important to me so he sought out amazing photo opportunities for us too. We have recommended Boost Safaris to everyone in the US that we have sent to Kenya for vacation. A happy trip where we saw lots of wild animals.
We had an absolutely wonderful time on our trip to Kenya!
Our guide, Steve, made this journey truly unforgettable. He’s such a cheerful, energetic, and optimistic person whose positive attitude is incredibly contagious. Throughout the trip, we had great conversations and even became friends. His natural sense of humor brought so much laughter and joy to our days.
Thanks to Steve, we were able to see an amazing variety of wild animals — not only the Big Five multiple times, but also many other fascinating creatures. He always went the extra mile to help us find the best viewing spots, which allowed us to take stunning photos and experience the wildlife up close.
We’re so grateful to Steve for making this trip such a memorable experience. Through his guidance, we truly felt the wild spirit of Africa, the vast open savannahs, the raw power of wildlife and the pure sense of freedom that defines this land.

Amazing Safari with Steve
From start to finish the experience was incredible thanks to our guide, Steve. His passion for wildlife was contagious and made every day on safari exciting and enjoyable. With his deep knowledge and excellent local contacts, he always seemed to know where and when to find specific animals, giving us unforgettable sightings. Steve also made us feel completely safe and comfortable, even in the middle of lion/leopard/rhino territory when a bush-toilet stop was needed.
What stood out most was how much Steve cared about making the trip feel special. He went out of his way to make our experience as premium as possible, even securing us an upgrade to a fancier lodge in the Maasai Mara. His thoughtful approach, storytelling, and genuine warmth made him feel less like a guide and more like an old friend we had known for years.
On top of that, we felt the safari offered excellent value for us — balancing quality accommodations, seamless logistics, and a truly personalized experience. The perfect safari. Great value, excellent guide, and an unforgettable experience
Boost Safaris is amazing! We've done a few different safaris in Botswana, Zimbabwe, Kenya, and Tanzania, and Steve with Boost safaris really stands out. He organized the perfect trip that allowed us to see several of the parks in Kenya (Masai Mara, Amboselli, and Nakuru). He can build trips that fit your budget, as he has connections at all of the lodges across the parks. He can certainly arrange tented trips for more budget-friendly itineraries, as well as luxurious lodges for others.
When Steve first picked us up, it was clear it was going to be a great trip. He asked what we wanted to make it a great safari, and made it his goal to accomplish what we told him. Steve spoke excellent English (there was not a language barrier at all), and he mentioned he spoke 6 different languages. He was one of the best conversationalists I've ever been around. He asked questions out of a genuine desire to get to know us better and always had a perfect response or another question to keep the conversation engaging (which makes or breaks a safari when you're spending the entire day in the jeep). He knew a ton about every single animal, and he seemed to know several of the other guides very well, which helped in locating the action. During one of our days in Masai Mara, he took us directly to a cheetah which we got to see stalk prey for about an hour, then watch it hunt and kill a gazelle. It was truly one of the most incredible experiences I've had in my life! Since our trip, we still text Steve regularly--he's now a very close friend of ours, all because we trusted him to take us on safari. Do yourself a favor and book your Kenya safari with Boost.

We had a fantastic safari experience and would highly recommend Safari bookings!
From the start, communication was easy and the team helped us plan the route and choose accommodations that matched our preferences. We appreciated that only part of the payment was required upfront, which gave us confidence and peace of mind before the trip.
A special thank you to our guide, Steve (Njoroge). Steve is friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely wants his guests to have the best possible experience. He helped us understand the timing of each day, explained all the available options, and was always flexible when we wanted to adjust plans.
What really stood out was his knowledge. Steve knows an incredible amount about animals, birds, and plants, and he is constantly learning more. We had many interesting conversations about wildlife behavior, conservation, and life in Kenya beyond the safari itself.
The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly suited for safari conditions. Just as importantly, Steve drove safely and smoothly at all times, without the risky overtaking that can sometimes make safari drives stressful.
We also rented a camera with a 400mm lens through the agency at a very reasonable price, and it greatly improved our experience.
The accommodations were excellent throughout the trip, whether luxury or mid-range, and the food was consistently delicious. We also enjoyed the picnic lunches inside the parks.
Overall, this was an unforgettable safari with great organization, excellent accommodations, and an outstanding guide. Thank you, Steve, for making it so memorable!

Boost Safaris provides a fairly priced, high quality safari experience that I highly recommend.
Boost Safaris was exactly what I was looking for when planning my first trip to Africa and first safari. Steve was excellent in his communication, service, planning, experience in spotting animals while on safari, and pricing. I most appreciated that he picked us up at our hotel in Nairobi to begin the safari (we then drove to safari in Amboselli). He is very friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable, which made it easy to spend many hours in the vehicle with him. He had thorough knowledge of the park and where to find the animals. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend him!

Our trip was truly wonderful. We were picked form home by our guide Ben and drove very safely to Masai mara. The vehicle was in good condition and the guide was very informative. The Game drives were good we spotted the big five migration and plenty of game.
The Camp – Olkorok Mara Camp met our expectation and we really loved the staff and the food. Masai Village visit added the to the experience. We highly recommend this team.

The best, most experienced and most friendly tour guide i’ve ever met
Steve was truly exceptional throughout our 4-day safari in Kenya, covering Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, and Lake Naivasha. From the moment we landed, he ensured everything ran smoothly and made us feel completely at ease. His knowledge of wildlife is remarkable. He always knew where to go and what to look out for, and thanks to him, we saw the big 5 and best part was a leopard with it’s kill .

Amazing experience with outstanding service!
We had a 6-day safari with Steve (Njoroge), and it was the best experience ever! Everything was perfect, from the game drives themselves to the smallest details, such as comfortable driving, a clean vehicle, and a flexible schedule tailored to our needs.
We never felt unsafe or uncomfortable during the trip. Steve professionally maintains the perfect balance between giving you personal space and keeping the journey entertaining. He has extensive knowledge of both wildlife and the history of the country, so all your questions will definitely be answered. And you will have a lot of fun with jokes, smiles and warm welcome;)
A few words about the agency as well: the value for money is outstanding. They can customize the tour according to your preferences and help with any additional arrangements.
For example, we chose a tour with only mid-range hotels, but it was no problem to replace one or several hotels with different options if you wanted to upgrade your accommodation or make it more budget-friendly.
Another big advantage is that only a 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking, which makes planning and booking the trip much more easier and stress-free.
It is also easy to arrange visits to additional parks or add extra days to your tour.
So, I highly recommend this tour operator, and Steve in particular as a guide (btw, he speaks Spanish as well). You will never forget such an amazing journey - believe me!
