Our experience to Chobe National Park was amazing and funco
Communications were all on line with prompt replies. The coordination of different drivers/tour leaders all went smoothly and the activities exceeded our expectations. Once inside the park, the animal safaris were great and the number of animals sighted was terrific. The camping set up was well done and staff very friendly and capable.

Africa Zim Travel was one of the most attentive travel operators I have ever booked for my travel.
I worked with Blessing at Africa Zim Travel to put together a short three day, two night package in Victoria Falls. Blessing was excellent in providing me updated information and understanding what I wanted to do during my short time in Zimbabwe. We arrived in Livingstone, Zambia because air service there was better than flying into Victoria Falls itself from Kenya. The border crossing into Zimbabwe was a bit tricky but Africa Zim guided us expertly through the border crossings with minimal disruption, even with COVID tests required and scrutinized. Once in Victoria Falls all was pleasant and enjoyable. The Hotel Ilala was impressive with a view of the spray from the Falls from our room and the lovely grounds. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Our evening boat cruise on the Zambezi River was incredible with sightings of hippo, elephant, and crocodiles. We had booked a day trip to Botswana's Chobe River. That was an absolutely amazing day with more elephants than I could ever count. Excellent guide met us at the border of Zimbabwe and Botswana named Lance. He switched our boat time on the river to afternoon instead of in the morning because he knew it was a better time to be on the river for elephant viewing. Blessing drove us to and from the border and waited all day at the border for us. That was above and beyond the call of duty. The evening was passed at a Boma Dinner. It was definitely touristy but still lots of fun. Trying various types of African foods was the best part of the evening. All in all Africa Zim did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Very helpful and reliable
From the first contact, they replied very quickly, resolving all our doubts. During our staying they were very punctual and reliable. All the logistics and coordination worked well. The safaris were great! We saw lot of animals! Additionally, we changed countries (Zimbabwe, Botswana and Zambia) and they helped us with the visas and took us to do the required PCR tests to cross borders. I highly recommend Africa Zim Travel / Tours.

Extremely professional and personalised service.
Africa Zim Travel & Tours more than met our expectations. From our first contact at Vic Falls Airport for our local transfer to our hotel, Blessing and his team were absolutely amazing. All arrangements were done on time and we were blown away by how friendly and knowledgeable everyone was. We booked a evening dinner cruise on the Zambezi which was spectacular. Fantastic boat and the food and service was of the highest quality. The game we saw both in the river and along the bank was fantastic. A memory we will never forget. This was followed the next day by a spectacular one day excursion to Chobe Game Reserve in Botswana. The pick up at our hotel was exactly on time and as arranged and we had a very comfortable drive down to the border. The game drive in the morning was spectacular and the afternoon river cruise in the afternoon was super special. Our guide for the day was very friendly and knowledgeable and we had so many special moments of seeing different animals up close it was hard to take in at times. The lunch provided was also perfect. I would certainly recommend Africa Zim Travel & Tours. They went out of their way to make sure all arrangements were clear ahead of our arrival and they checked in on us through our short stay to make sure everything was going ok. I would definitely use them again and feel their attention to detail and very personalised service makes them a stand out tourist operator.

Absolute beautiful day in Botswana
This excursion was incredible, the Chobe National Parc is amazingly beautiful and you can see a very large panel of wild animals.
The guide was very good to search animals with his knowledge, very good organized. I recommend it so far !

Amazing tour and super helpful guides
The tour in itself was an amazing experience, the guides showed experience, commitment and knowledge to make the experience complete in each stage. They also had all the necessary implements for assuring comfort during the whole trip. Moreover, the guides and operators where ready to help in situations that were beyond their responsibility regarding visas and border crossing allowing us to solve problems easily to continue with the experience. I would like to congratulate deeply the whole team for an amazing complete experience.

Excellent Experience on Vic Falls to Hwange 5-Day Tour
Africa Zim proved to be a fantastic choice for our first trip to Africa. We did a 5-day tour that included visits to Victoria Falls and Hwange National Park (among many other activities), and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Our driver/guide, Cosmus, was extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible (he provided transportation to and from the airport as well as to the separate Air B&B that we had booked after the tour). A great way to travel Zimbabwe!

Perfectly happy
Right from the start when he picked us up, our guide was very friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and as discussed beforehand. He always adapted the programme to our wishes and we also had time for last-minute plans. The time flew by, even on the long car rides. The hotels and the rooms were always the best and the tour guides were also very good. I can recommend them as we were happy as can be.

Very well organized tour at a affordable price
Bearing in mind, this is a budget tour, the experience was fantastic. The quality of accommodation exceeded expectations, particularly in Zimbabwe, and the organization was terrific. Despite it being relatively cheap, we saw exactly what you would if you were on an expensive safari as we’re in the game parks next to the more opulent tours. Overall an excellent experience. We had an absolutely fantastic time. Safari of a lifetime! We had a 3 day safari with 2 nights in the Chobe National Park with all the animals. All food was included. Was picked up at the hotel in Victoria Falls and driven to Kasane, Botswana. Early afternoon Chobe River boat safari - words cannot describe - birds, buffalo, hippos, crocs... The following three days and two nights was the land safari in the National Park close to the Chobe river. Again, words cannot describe! It was like Jurassic Park! Kennedy, our very knowledgeable and friendly guide, was fantastic and explained everything about the animals and birds. He worked very hard and made every effort for us to see as many animals and birds as possible. We saw many lions, water buffalo, elephants, impala, giraffes, baboons, monkeys, jackals, eagles, vultures, crocs, many many beautiful birds etc. The camping experience was fantastic also, No fence, just lights around the camp at night. The animals keep themselves to themselves. Going to sleep and getting up in the morning with the bush noises and singing birds! An elephant passed by one night and a giraffe was seen near the camp in the morning. Thoroughly recommend Africa Zim Travel & Tours!
