Great Safari and Kili climb with helpful and knowledgeable guides
We booked with MJ Safaris & Adventure the 4 days Safari and 5 days Marangu route to Kili. Both of trips were amazing experience and made up to our expectations. Jackson was very helpful from the beginning, also he gave us good price. He took care of us during our stay in Moshi.
What regards the Kili climb, we could rent all the equipments from Jackson. The huts were ok, but be prepared for very cold nights! The food made by our cook was really good and diversified. Our guide: Aron, and his assistant Alex, were very caring and knowledgeable. They supported us throughout the whole trek. Actually, we can write with no doubt that we made it to the Uhuru mainly thanks to them.
What regards safari we also had a superb experience – we were sleeping in the tents, which made the whole trip even more memorable as you could really hear the animals in the camp area. Our guide and driver – Marko, was extremely knowledgeable guy. In most of cases we were the first to see the animals or to know where they will go. Marko was talkative, open-minded and really had a lot to tell about the animals and the Tanzanian parks.
We would definitely recommend Jackson agency for your trip bookings - they will be for sure the most memorable experiences, as they were for us.

6 day Machame Route + 2 day safari
We booked the 6 day Machame Route and 2 day safari with MJSafaris and it was excellent! Jackson was fantastic - super helpful in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. Their pricing was very competitive but we received the same high quality equipment, meals, and services from our guides and porters as others who paid much more than us. Both the Kili climb and the safari were unforgettable experiences... My guide for the two day safari - Innocent - was superb, extremely knowledgeable with 10+ years safari experience. We had one small issue with one of our sleeping bags on the mountain but Jackson handled and resolved the situation so well that we were more than happy that we booked with him. Highly recommend!

service- the only operator that commuincated with me and was precise on time , all the other opertators, inc. top rated one , the part who answered send me their regular itinary and thats all.
on the ongoing he was creative in solving problems that I encounterd after the Safari,
he ordered hotels for me and gave me his discount,
gave me tips to the trip though it wasn't for his own benefit- on the cnatarary
Something more- I came by my own , my first time in Africa and I really earned a friend.
I recommend warmly.
The tour- was very well orgenized and planed, we had a great guide.

The cars were divine - toyota cruiser with open roof for the safati- i never drived for so many kilometers in safari roads without filling the bumps of feeling tired...

Awesome safari, flexible operator
Jackson was very open and patient with all our questions and flexible to change accomodations (before we starded our trip).
We met our driver-guide Victor with his car before we finaly booked the safari. During the trip, we enjoyed his knowlege about lokal plants, animals and traditions. Besides, he arranged the day to suit us, in case we wanted to stop somewhere to buy snacks or souvenirs or for pictures or toilet ;)

Great experience, super helpful staff
Just finished doing both a safari and a Kilimanjaro climb with MJ. Both tours were very pleasant and well organized. Apart from that Jackson (the tour operator) was also really helpful with all the logistics (ticket buying, hotel booking, equipment renting, etc) without extra charging anything. Highly recommended!

Climbing Kilimanjaro with the best service you can get
Jackson from MJ Safaris was recommended to us by our hotel and from the moment we met him we were convinced that we can fully trust him. He was very honest and service-oriented, which we liked a lot and decided even - though we had a recommendation for another company of friends of ours - to book with his agency. The team was excellent, every single moment we were treated fine. Athman, our chief guide was very professional and experienced and fulfilled all our expectations. The meals were very satisfying, the equipment was in very good condition, so that our expedition was successful from the beginning. We can strongly recommend MJ Safari to everyone. MJ Safaris helped me to access all the beauty of the Parks and wild animals in Tanzania. They were very attemptive and agile to arrange the details. I liked the linked comfortable hotel structure, the vehicles, the equipment provided, and skilled guides that met me in the right measure. We went to every corner of the Parks. I did a lot of friends during these days, and the price was according to the service provided. I did the Kilimanjaro climbing as well. Nothing to complain.

Catered to your needs
A great operator with a good network and knowledge of the surroundings. I was travelling solo and went on a 5D/4N safari with MJ and was absolutely delighted with the experience. With prompt reply, competitive prices and a new and reliable car (something essential when out on a bumpy road) all my needs were looked after. Of course, there are always things happening out of your control and we did encounter them, however their mindset of always being able to solve problems and make sure that you don't end up dissapointed is the key. I would go with these guys again if I had the chance. Thanks Jackson for arranging this trip!

Unforgettable adventure
Our group of 7 conquered Kilimanjaro in February 2013. We had no problems with MJ Safaris and the people were nice and hospitable. The office of MJ Safaris is located in the same building with a good hotel so that makes the whole trip very comfortable. MJ Safaris was helpful with our different requirements and also helped us in planning our trip after Kilimanjaro.

Simply amazing
We had an absolutely incredible safari experience, and so much of that was thanks to our guide, Gift Dastan.
From the moment we met him, his knowledge, professionalism, and passion for wildlife were obvious. He worked tirelessly to make sure we saw as much as possible, and thanks to his expertise, we had unforgettable sightings of lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and so much more. He seemed to know exactly where to be and when, giving us opportunities to witness amazing animal behavior that we will never forget.
What truly set Gift apart was how kind, patient, and personable he was. He answered all of our questions, shared fascinating information about the animals, the area and his life before being a guide. He made every game drive both educational and exciting. We always felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
This trip was a dream come true for us, and Gift played a huge role in making it such a special experience. If you are lucky enough to have him as your guide, you are in for an amazing adventure.
