Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

Leave Nairobi for the Masai Mara National Reserve, stopping at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to take some photos, then proceed and arrive in time for lunch. Thereafter, go on a game drive in search of black-maned lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes and other plains game animals. Return to Lenchada Tourist Camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Masai Mara National Reserve - Extensive Game Drive

After breakfast, proceed to a full day of game viewing in the reserve, with a picnic lunch overlooking the savannah. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game viewing in Kenya, as it has an extensive road and track network that allows for close-range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, keeping an eye out for hippos and crocodiles. Drive back to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Masai Mara National Reserve - Lake Nakuru National Park

After an early breakfast, you can go for an optional visit to the Maasai village, and thereafter depart for Nakuru with a picnic lunch on the way. You will arrive in the evening. Lake Nakuru National Park - Lake Naivasha

After an early breakfast, proceed to the park for a mid-morning game drive, where you will have an opportunity to view flamingos among other bird species found in the park. There are about 350 species recorded. The park is also home to the black and white rhinoceros, colobus monkeys, leopards, giraffes, and a variety of plains antelopes.

Later in the afternoon, drive to Naivasha, arriving in time for a late lunch. You can enjoy a 1-hour boat ride on Lake Naivasha (included). There is an optional walking tour on Crescent Island at an extra cost, if interested. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Hotel Chambai Safari.

Lake Nakuru - Amboseli National Park

After an early breakfast, proceed to Hell's Gate National Park, where you will have a chance to visit the Geothermal Power Plant in Olkaria and the hot springs. This is the only park that allows walking and cycling. Later, with a picnic lunch en route, depart for Amboseli, arriving in the evening. If time allows, proceed on an evening game drive (optional, at an extra cost) and return for dinner and overnight at Nyati Tented Camp or similar.

Amboseli National Park - Extensive Game Drive

You'll have an opportunity to witness hippos and elephants bathing together in the marshy swamps. A variety of plains game, antelopes and birds can also be seen, as can Mount Kilimanjaro’s peak, if the weather conditions permit. You will be provided with picnic lunches to ensure your comfort throughout your long day game drive. Later on, return for your overnight stay at Amboseli Nyati Tented Camp.
