1-Day Tarangire National Park Best Safari

Transfer Arusha – Tarangire National Park: approx. 2 hours.

Program of the day: Our African Platinumz Safaris representative guide will pick you up from your hotel or Kilimanjaro Airport in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive with packed lunch boxes. After the safari, you will be transferred back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport, where services end.

Tarangire is named after the Tarangire River, the main water source for wildlife during the dry season, often attracting large concentrations of animals. The park is famous for its elephant herds, frequently seen gathering near the river. You may also spot giraffes, bushbuck, and hartebeest, along with predators such as lions and leopards following prey movements.

Lunch is served at a designated picnic site inside the park.
