Amazing trip
Bonjour! Our safari with Heart of Savannah was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized by Naitu, who took care of every detail with such attention and kindness. Communication was smooth, she was always available, and even made it possible for us to visit an children’s house, something that truly touched my heart. Our driver Jennifer was amazing, always on time, incredibly professional, and full of positive energy. She shared so many fascinating things about Kenya, which made every drive a real pleasure. Our guide Paul was simply wonderful, so passionate and determined to help us see as many animals as possible, making our safari magical. All the lodge/hotel we stayed in were fantastic, especially the one in the Masai Mara, which was absolutely beautiful. Everything was included and perfectly taken care of, so we didn’t have to worry about anything during the trip… it was a real holiday! The whole Heart of Savannah team went above and beyond to make our journey unique and full of heart. I will never forget their warmth, generosity, and smiles. The best tours operator as they provided excellent service.
This was our first safari to Africa and Naitu took time to send us custolmised itineraries that fitted our travel style and budget . The planning felt easy and every communication was effortless. We enjoyed early morning game drives, lunch inside the Mara, evening drives and cozy evenings at the lodges. During all this time, every detail was thought through.
If you want a safari that is exciting, seamless, and full of wonder, go with her! You will come back with memories that last a lifetime.

Really helpful and went out of his way to make the experience worth every minute
They were responsive, incredibly easy to work with, and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience at Nairobi National Park and the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Our guide took us to the best spots to see some of the Big Five and offered great recommendations for buying curios and local jewellery. I would highly recommend them.
